  1. No, I usually do not say it over phone, period. Be it anyone. But yes, I have said it, in fact just day before yesterday, to a friend of mine via text message...we were chatting... (yes, he's the same friend ) To my Dad, I have said it in person on numerous occasions... BeaStKid
  2. To my mother, I say it almost every other day and mean it... to my sister, I say it occasionally and mean it.. haven't lived with Dad in 6 years, and I do not like saying it on the phone... To my friends, I have said it once or twice, and meant it...to my ex-girl friend...never... For me, 'love' is a very deep term and I cannot say it...even to the guy I have a crush on right now...but crush, again, is a shallow term for what I feel for him.... Sigh! I think I pretty much tried to stay on topic, but I went off tangent at the end...so I'll end here... BeaStKid
  3. I just dropped by to say that I enjoyed the chapter very much. Especially the kiss... Well, the stage has been set...literally....J/S has even started on the extortion letter, Eric's and the rest of Instinct's doubts about Jerry have quadrupled.... and we have yet again been left with a cliffhanger... Awesome, your highness... Thanks BeaStKid

    Smoking

I would like to point out the use of the past tense here.. Yes, I smoked. And I am glad and healthy after leaving both drinking and smoking...
  5. Just like smoking, I used to drink....left it a long time back... In fact I left drinking and smoking at the same time. BeaStKid
  6. I don't think so...there are still quite a few stories that are off-beat... Some of them can be found at GA as well. If done with taste, there can be numerous variations of a 'boy meets boy' story... BeaStKid
  7. There are three authors that I follow who use this technique... C James. dkstories and Shadowgod. I completely agree with you, mate... There should be a status icon on the main index page as well. Thanks BeaStKid

    Smoking

As a matter of fact, I was quite into smoking and a few other things as well... I was fortunate enough to get my head outta them in time. BeaStKid
  9. Where's my drool smiley when I need it!!
  10. Frankly, I think Cliffhanger Kingdom is fine amongst the choices listed on the top... I don't know what you guys have suggested in the posts, though... BeaStKid

  12. May you have a long, happy life... BeaStKid
  13. That is how it was written as well... The bush, as Kevvers rightly pointed out, was removed after the bomb was buried. The device was then covered by mud. BeaStKid
  14. This is great!
  15. Mikie...whom are you kidding?? You are !!
  16. Well, he was busy designing JSmith's page... Of course I am lurking... Great chapter CJ...answers a lot of questions and leaves a lot to be asked as well. Can't wait to read the next. That is all I have to say. BeaStKid
  17. No more needs to be said...
  18. is up here *Runs off to read it* Oh and CJ, you have again goofed up in the announcement. You listed the chapter name as Homegoing... Take Care BeaStKid P.S This is the first time I have started a discussion thread for CJ's story...So much for a hiatus...
  19. Bah! I used to use Norton Antivirus in the good old days...Switched over to Norton Internet Security in the good days...Then to McAfee Internet Security in the days... All Crap! and extremely heavy! Now, I'm smarter...I use AVG with Spyware Terminator. The spyware program is so fussy that it even asks my permission to run .dll files required by programs (once only, though..not each time I run them) For example, I install Yahoo! Messenger...it'll ask me if I want to run the 'setup.exe' file...and once I have installed it, and click to run the messenger, it'll ask me if i want to 'run' the dll files required to start the messenger. Many would find this irritating, but I again point out that once you give access, it'll remember that and not bother you again with that software... quite nifty... BeaStKid
  20. I think this calls for a Thank you ALL!! BeaStKid

Insightful as well. Ever ready to help others, you have really created a BIG space here in the community. Thanks for being you...and sharing a part of your life with us. BeaStKid
