I was surprised the General was allowed to fly into Israel with two live nuke bombs, but the intelligence coup was too much to pass over, 35 million was well spent. Mossad is not going to let someone fly over Israel airspace with live nukes, I imagine all fusible material will be removed. So what to do with the nukes now? If the US wants them, Instinct should make them pay again, publicly apologize and completely clearing their names. Otherwise have the C-130 loaded and dumped into the Atlantic, two less nukes in the world is ok with me!!

....................It was kinda anti-climatic after Scars skydiving lesson, oh well, it was truly a relief to be able to relax after having everything but the kitchen sink thrown at you. on top of that Massad would have all in all Helen and Instinct got the better part of the deal getting an extra $5 million, seeing that Mossad made sure that the bombs would never . ............Cruising was dangerous on all fronts, getting outted, trapped by homophobes, cops and of course AIDS was running rampant back then. With the danger was an excitement element, I guess you could equate it to the thrill seeker that skydives or races cars. I remember the bathhouse's were my first time experiences, then I got bolder and went to the gay bars, even though I wasn't 21, they let you in. Funny, I remember the cops closing the bathhouses down (AIDS), but they seemed to leave the bars alone, I remember the cabaret nights but there wasn't any of that wild dancing you see on TV going on. Seems there was an unwritten rule about leaving alone, first time I decided to go home alone I was scared to see four huge guys following me out, turns out they wanted to make sure I got to my car safely. The next thing the cops closed down or better yet, closed up was the glory holes in the movie arcades, then they got rid of the closed doors on the booths replaced with the bar style type doors. (Funny thing was years later, I was sent in to inspect this for compliance as part of my job ) About a year ago, I was in a section of town for a meeting, afterwards I saw an old haunt, I was surprised that it was still open, I stopped by (not looking for any hook-up) and it was being patronized by straight couples and gays alike. You'd think the straights would avoid a place named 'The Back Door' , I shot some pool had a few beers and learned that the entertainment still played out on the weekends. No escort to the car this time, I guess the homophobes left the place alone by then. I'm not ashamed of what I did back then, there was no internet, GSA meetings, or safe gay friendly establishments like there are today. Neither would I advocate anyone doing such a thing today, it was simply a sign of the times and the way it was.

...........The real sad thing is that there isn't much to say! It happens, and it is more heartbreaking when it happens to the children, so young, a life not fulfilled yet. I've lost five family members in the last 2 years, only one to cancer and it was my sister-in-law that passed three weeks ago, beating her doctors projections by 9 months. Some people respond to treatment, others do not, if there is any relief I'd guess that there was time to love, project life with family and and have time to say good bye. That doesn't sound charitable to say to the parents of a dying child, as much as the truth of it be fact. I suggest you listen to them when they anguish and offer them your support, do not throw out life preservers such as religion, or medical advancements, or anything that you think will provide giving them a false hope. Their lives are going to be in enough turmoil over this and don't need 'invented promises of hope'. They need support to get them through this and to eventually heal together afterwords.

....................I'm going to take a guess that all five people that escorted Helen unto the plane are Felicia's men, that leaves Survov, Scar and the pilot. We have 5 armed against 3 possible, if the pilot is also armed. The Scar has a weapon, but I'm betting he is in someones target sights right now. Survov is so surprised he won't be much of a threat that leaves the 'bomb' as real threat, yet Scar couldn't get it 'remoted' as he wished and I doubt he can bluff himself out of this. They are airborne if the pilot refuses to cooperate then the General would have to be with them to land the plane, there are no more pilots. So that leaves the 'Mexican standoff' finished, plus Brandon and Eric and a very still angry Helen on board. Me thinks Scar is going to nose dive into the volcano with Survov either cooperating or shot.

..............I see this as the morally right thing to do, not quite as revenge. It was justice served. To me revenge is getting back at someone who has wronged you. Something I have never really done, I figure karma will get them in the end.
