    Fair, fair. Folks should start with Sidewinder even if each book stands alone perfectly well. If we’re building a (wonderful) reading list then I have to insert Boundaries: An Old West Tale as an important aside between Sidewinder and Larkspur.

    I had other hopes when I read the chapter title. Of course it was hollered for a much more pure reason than what I’d hoped. I know, I know…slow burn. At least ‘partner’ became part of the conversation even if it’s all business. Alan Bright made an indirect appearance! Maybe Boone will too. Seems a traveler who stopped at Bright’s was looking for Boone… Wonder if that adjacent land is available through the land agent?
