It is indeed Halloween in the US! Seems I have 23 other adventures to read though I have to say this stands alone well, I wasn’t at a loss for my lack of knowing Charlie and Co. Fun read!

I have to believe a temporary boyfriend is better than no boyfriend. Right? Hudson is temporary. He’s leaving. What will he leave Otis with? On the front end our dear Author told us this is something different.

These characters are so well established that I never wonder who’s who. This installment alone is a history lesson, a travel guide and made me think of ‘The Goonies’. Young people on an adventure. “…but I’m certain it’s south” is good enough for me. We head south…

Great read, start to finish!

Love the story, happy to see Dakota is back, excited by Connor’s shift…But… I want to say that the depiction of the AA meeting was really accurate, if you’ve never been, and packed in some great information. It never should be ‘you use you lose’. It should always be the Serenity Prayer, not the lord’s prayer (autocorrect really really wanted that capitalized). I’m not a friend of Bill W but I’ve loved a lot of his friends. This chapter feels essential to understanding Connor. Really beautiful @Justin4Fun. Thank you.

El, Siva, gods of reproduction, dissolution and I think there is a reference to Michael the Archangel. The demon Mephistopheles? Without question there is a reference to Faust. I’d like to close my comment with some middle school humor. Kronos is a child of Uranus. Ur anus. Twelve year old me is dissolving in a fit of laughter… Brilliant storytelling @Vaughn Edward. A whole lot packed into this chapter and it is a fantastic read! Couple things… Clint did a knock-off Mighty Mouse (Here we come to save the day) or is that only in my head? Wouldn’t be the first time… I absolutely loved how many times I needed to turn to the interwebs for knowledge that @Justin4Fun already posses. Everyone knows the green tractors. We were, later, given the brand of red tractors. The blue has multiple possibilities and I’m gonna lose sleep over it. Ford, New Holland, other? How’s Dakota?

So sorry for your loss, Gary. Lots of goosebumps in this chapter.
