Yes I’ve noticed…

Not trying to rush a good thing here at all. But then again, I am not the most patient person when I find something I am into be it a book, hobby or even a person. I want the whole 7 courses delivered, downloaded, whatever so I can gorge myself unashamedly. Sad thing is for me, I don’t even realize in doing it (again) until it’s too late. When I met my partner (of now nearly 25 yrs), it was a bit…overwhelming at first for them until they learned they could direct my focus. Then apparently I’m cute. 🤷🏻‍♂️So here we are and it’s safe to say after this long now, I know them better than they know themselves and they know me better than I know myself. I knew they were the “one” because I’ve never experienced someone who can essentially control me like they can and keep it honest and safe and with good intentions and that sold it for me. The grass was never greener elsewhere. I’m lucky I know. I don’t feel like I deserve them at all. I definitely leveled up. They say the opposite of course. We will agree to disagree contentedly there. So yeah, I’m ok with the pace of Joel and Dav..I see the big picture potential and love it. I just want more and I want to devour it . I know I know! Down boy! 😂

I must say I really like the way Joel and Davin have gotten closer and just their affection has developed. It’s subtle yet not in moments of nervousness. I’m ready for more 😂

How about maybe a chapter or a branch off series from Tommy’s perspective when Nick and him reconnect and how Tommy sees Nick’s change and growth and how he sees Nick and Jack interact and how he recognizes his own longing for a relationship like that with someone and enter in stage left Jonah? I always felt like Tommy was a much deeper character or at least had the potential than what we’ve seen. Idk maybe I’m a bit biased too because the name Tommy the name of a boy I had a super bad crush on in my early teens and was too terrified to lose him as a friend. Sigh.. woulda coulda shoulda but didn’t. Such is life I guess.

Ok great chapter. I feel sorry for Davin. His plans went to complete shit. I think though he missed the reason why Joel was pissed. It wasn’t at him. It was at Joel’s entire situation. He’s pissed he has yet one more asshole who called him a faggot and that label seems to trigger him and it has essentially followed him to Fletcher. Sad thing is, Joel kind of took his frustration out more on Dav than said asshole. This seemed to maybe not scare him but definitely worried him. It was an awkward few moments between them. This almost fight however did give Joel some cred to the rest of the witnesses there however. ..everyone except the football team. Also, it’s very clear that Davin cares for Joel. A lot. I think Joel senses this. I think he senses he needs that care too. I really like how Davin recognizes when Joel is in his own head and needs a nudge out. Davin wants this to be a serious relationship between them I think and when Joel truly realizes that, it’s not going to know what to do.

To be fair, I am NOT the most patient person ever and yes. I know you have a life outside of GA. 🤗

I end up working 2 12 hr shifts in 3 days plus today’s 10 and the comments just continue. Mind you I’m not complaining in the slightest because yes, I AM entertained. But, does anybody post the next chapter anymore? lol I’m kidding Krista I mean no offense…just restless for chapter 27.

Omg I loved this. Must. Have. More. LB I love how you write with descriptive analogies that initially come off as almost come off as absurdly random and are yet are 💯 perfect. I wish you weren’t writing Danny out but I get we’re getting Kai so there’s that. I’m sure there will be new characters coming in too. Jonah and Tommy together are adorable.

Ok maybe it’s just because I’m pansexual but these two really hit it off and yeah I can respect Tyler’s decision to at least hold off messing around with her in favor of Branden but dude….if you’re looking for a compatible relationship that would be good for you besides great sex, I don’t think Branden is that person. He hates the world. This girl is trying to find a reason to hang on to it and literally basically admitted to that. You didn’t do her any favors. She sounds really depressed

What’s high school without a little testosterone turf war? But seriously, yes the interactions need to happen. Those relationships need to develop because I feel like in a realistic scenario such as a story like this, they would be . I feel like your timing is on point here too.

I really liked this chapter. I think the tension and awkwardness of being an unknown in Trace and Celia’s home (his home now?) are beginning to slip away and general acceptance is beginning to take hold on both sides. The interactions between the boys upstairs was entertaining . As I thought in the previous chapter, now that Joel’s decision to join the baseball team is getting more attention, he is gaining more acceptance among his new classmates too. Good chapter. I am waiting for the Joel of the last party to show up now. Will he deck another dumb ass? Bullies hate it when they’re challenged. 😉
