I agree with your assessment of Amy. On the front, she seems earnest, but I can’t help but suspect she’s got her own agenda. The other thing that has concerned me is the particular disapproval from Rylee’s friends that Noah is suspected to be gay. If Colt ever gets his head out of his ass and figured out what team he wants to play on, I worry how his switch might be received if he decided he’s gay after all. I can’t imagine it’d be warmly received.

Noah is still not all that trusting of Colt so far as to open up more. Not that I blame him. The kid is terrified. However, Colt needs to realize that he cares about Noah deeply way more than casual neighbor friends would, and show that to Noah. Maybe then, Noah will start to trust him more.

Agreed except possibly on Noah’s mom. It seemed to me she’s terrified of his stepdad too. The sister is Avery disrespectful little shit who needs some humility taught to her. I think the college will look at Kitt’s past competitions and see he was still surging. I have a feeling Tom might be able to bend an ear with the swimming coach and scouts and get them to see Kitt only needs a little time in the off season to get his form back to where he could be very competitive for the school.

As much as a surprise it was for Kitt to bump into his parents, the interaction went well. Had it happened the first time he went back and reconnected with Matt, I don’t think it would’ve go as well. as for Mateo, he almost HAS to leave for Kitt’s sake so Kitt basically has to make a decision. The time is right. Well, as right as it’s going to be anyway. Yes I think Kitt should try and redshirt for the swim team. He needs to get something better than Javier’s. Same for the after school center. Both pay, but scraps.

Matt was right to cover for Kitt. The reunion was perfect.

I am so happy now but I would lying if i said it wouldn’t matter if i didn’t want to see Kitt swim competitively at Northbridge.wishful thinking i know. That phone call had me tearing up. I wish Mateo and Andy would connect. They seem a good fit. I don’t want this story to end.

First this chapter SHOULD be a perfect example of how easily Robby is manipulated…but because he’s so obtuse, we all know it’ll go right over his head…again…I of course am speaking of Nathan and Rory’s countless times he’s mentioned it. Anyway, I really enjoyed this chapter because it was not your regular people twisting Robby. I also wanted to see how Rory would react the next day and he did exactly what i suspected he would. IF he comes back around it’ll be a good solid week plus. I do like the idea of Miranda speaking to him however. Although I don’t think he wilL be very receptive. Plus if Rory and his new girl truly did play hookie from school together part of me wonders if it didn’t go as planned and Rory ends up frustrated on more than one level. Part of me thinks his curiosity what it’s like to play on the other team has him more aroused and curious than he’s ready to admit it. but if he finds playing around with a new girl just doesn’t do it for him anymore, he’s kinda gonna have to admit to himself
