I feel for Ian and the pain he experiences as he sees his role as the strong one as they face serious crises. But, now they both know what to do instinctively about Joseph, a legacy from Manny before he died in Israel. They request that he be brought to them and they will be his guardian. Without their help, Joseph, as a bereft, dirt poor Palestinian, will face a terrible life in Isreal. They are starting a family early with a boy who might have serious mental health issues living discarded in a tense region and now facing a completely new culture in a new country. It will be time for more love and compassion.

This was a defining moment in their relationship. They went from---"neither had had a regular partner recently and simply having someone to see again made up for a lot." And now agreeing to find a hotel and spend the night as a first for Keith and Keith agreeing to be out --caustiously. He will play on a gay athletic team and be seen. Keith remarked---"it's stupid. Wow--12 years. They stayed together and in love facing serious problems that did not hold them back. Luckily , they found good friends who believed in them and helped them grow and be ready for life and happiness. You can easily like them and want to know how they blossom in their new home.

A solid groundwork has been laid. Ian and Keith have a promising future and a good goal of building their own family

I am very pleased Nathan avoided the hangman for now. He was helpful enough to aid a fellow prisoner get out of his cell who he asked to not follow him. I agree Nathan was lucky. He was brutal to his opponents and took no quarter. He did use his wits to avoid fighting to get by the pikemen. He escape has been noticed as he moved away and heard the sounds of warning from the keep. He ran and ran till he was too tired to go on. Will he be found by people who know the area?

Granger and Calvert have re-worked their relationship and are still very committed to rach other. But and it is a big but , they will each need to find a female companion----perhaps a wife for Calvert and a mistress for George. They must stop gossip from forming about their mutual attraction In the meantion Princess Amelia wants to nurse and take good care of Calvert. It is off-putting. At least, they have one more week to share each other's company on the ship. BTW--no suggestion of French kidnappers appears.

I have finished re-reading the story. It engages my mind and offers wonderful plot lines and interesting possibilities. I can see where it will be way difficult, but not impossible to continue after this long break. I just want to offer my thanks for what you have written. I hope things are going well for you. What an enjoyable, varied tour that you describe. Some things are wonderful and some do not please. Travel can broaden or narrow the mind. Owain and Colin showed us the first choice. They liked what they experienced as--- "Owain stared at him, so he ploughed on, “but I thought that we discovered all the things that were different about each other and learned how to do stuff together.” I experienced a similar conversation with a German lady of the train to Munich. I was asking where to find Dachau and she said she had not heard of it. I wanted to visit it. As it turns out the former concentration camp is a local city well marked on the suburban type rail line near Munich proper. It was chilling to see. But I was still able to enjoy the rest I visited--the museums, the historic buildings , the cathedral that had the devil's footprint and the beer halls. The beer was amazing. Munich is a properous city and home of BMW.

This turned out differently than I expected but ended up still sealing Nathan's doom. The Lord knew where Nathan was since he could be tracked by the alchemist revised ring he was given for his mission. Lord Hemsley wanted to see him face to face and take his measure and make him worried. They talked and Lord Hemsley told him why he wanted him and it was not expected and shocking.Nathan was given poison in his wine. Nathan had killed the Lord's son a while ago and did not know it. Now, incapacited and drugged by the wine , he was dragged to the dungeon and will be hanged the next day. Lord Hemsley will get his revenge. Nathan is sharp person. If he can recover well enough in the cell, he will likely see what he can do to escape. He is going to need lots of luck. He was not prepared for this.

Amazing--Will and Travis defined the terms of their relationship while separated. Let us see how they react when each report on their other sexual partners. I am fascinated at the financial scale of the problem that was solved for Travis and Will. $ 100 milion. With the help of Brad and Stef and Grand unexpected excess money raised from the sale of parts of the Buck Co.wil be used to pay Travis's siblings and not costing Travis and Will. Travis is floored and so grateful that he now has a real family who is looking out for him. JJis on cloud 9. Kris makes him happy and his therapist is not objecting to their fast set up and the move-in. She offers that JJ needs to work on building their friendship and learning much more about each other. She wishes JJ well and gives her her private number to call, if he needs her.Will is going to be in Greece soon for a month He is likely not going to be easy to contact by JJ. So, JJ has a lifeline nearby and that is comforting. No waves or high winds in sight for all. Life is good!

Zimbabwe--I have visited the country a while ago on a photo safari. The main social tension I saw was rooted in rivalry between the two dominant tribes. They hated each other and used machetes to kill and maim when the country was formed out of Rhodesia. In part, they did unite to take property and other assets from the former white owners. It is a self-identified communist country and I saw leaders addressed as comrade in the papers. The country was dirt poor and aids was rampant , mainly I was told in the larger cities. An African would not report he had aids. He would be ostracised by his fellow tribesmen. It was not western religion and white pressure that influenced the tribes to oppose gay people. It was a tribal position. I can say that the main tribe, the Shona, created excellent, well liked artworks and figures. I have seen Shona art in museums in the US. I have a small Shona figure of a hippo which I bought in the US before I visited the country.

Nathan is given clues that something is not right or out of balance and he ignores them. He lets himself to be lulled into complacency. The sense of being watched and the intrusion of unusual winds as he travels and then the over generous and way of above his treatment at the keep does not make him suspicious or wary. Is he not used to magic being used? He is not royalty but he is being housed, fed and given very good wine like a high born person. This is too good to be true and not like the reputation of the Lord. The guards are ill at ease with him. After eating and drinking his his fill and weary from his long trip he prepares to end his day relaxing in more comfort. Maybe too inhebriated from drinking, he is is being led by a older female servant to his bath. I am suspicious and worried for Nathan. He could be very vulnerable and unprepared for somethng dangerous. He is lulled into complacency at the keep when things happening to him are out of place for his station and role. He is after his restful , excellent meal without a weapon or his wits being led from his room expecting a bath and will get naked and not expecting anything bad--like to being carefully set up to be captured and beaten or imprisoned or killed. I could be wrong. But, this situation is suspicious to me even if Nathan is too trusting. I expect things will soon change fast for Nathan, if he being set up. Maybe, he will find out why his fate has radically changed soon, too.

Wow--Kenji messaged River after his cam show. Kenji shook him up by really complementing him and then sending him $5000. River was stunned and Kenji did not brag or make any demands. He did not comment to the effect that River owed him anything and River pondered about the meaning of the large payment without coming to an answer. Kenji send him his phone number. Right now River is like a moth being attracted to a flame. Will he be incinerated or will he survive and want more of Kenji? Will he give Kenji a chance. I assume Kenji will show up at the shop and ask River out for a date. He will work for River....He has told River that he appeals to him---"Do you need me to tell you that you’re gorgeous? I think you already know."

Wonderful--they crossed a line and became intimate and explored their sexual pleasores with each other. They might find other uses/reasons for the symbols and chairs and doors. Are Afterdusk and Dawnbreaker involved? Adga and crew have time to explore while the storm rages. Tez and Nuk are always up for a challenge.

Two major events--Interconnections are begun to be made. Tez and Nuk sat on the historic chairs and endured the shocks and pain to enable the first and very useful map of the desert and Crags be drawn. They earned three gold each from Adga and ended by throwing up. Sitting in the chairs seemed to release something and a magical portal with symbols and erupting fire and smoke appeared. More burning packs and rucksacks came through the portal and unusual creatures came through. Adga learned she was facing a drow, two tan drangonlings, some slaves and a falconling. They had trouble talking and Cuson separately cause two spirits to come forth to enable Adga and Gordech, the falconling, to converse. Each talked past each other. They do not realize they are 11,000 years apart. Gordech did recognize the Oldsurn and Shunral insignia. He hoped to find Prince Xavier, but he will learn Adga and crew do not know about Xavier. The chapter ends with Gordech moving into the room with the chairs. He is shocked at what he sees. This may be the reason he realizes things are now completey foreign and accept times have changed. If things turn out right, Prince Xavier who also arrived in the present at a distant location may still reach Scorpion Falls after visiting the City of Lucas the lost. He will be so happy to meet Gordech and those he saved. He will bring Lucas Oldsurn and Syth Shunral and they will shake up Lord Kandahar and the Combined Desert 5 families. He will need more help to restore Seandra.

The boys found ways to consider each other's need and likes on their visit to Lucca.Plus they continued having a full and happy sex life which is essential to building a solid relationship, I believe. Owain is keeping his head on the ground and not turning into a different person when considering his impending doubling or more of his income. He will give to charities and spend moderately and not change his lifestyle with one exception--He wants to include Colin. He wants Colin to move in with him and he would like to invest in his business , if Colin is agreeable. They talk and Colin is open to Owain's ideas and will move in during the year. He will even revise his business plans when the time is right so the money can be put to the best use with all sides knowing what is to happen. Money, so far, will enhance not ruin their relationship.

OMG--Keres wants Otis for himself. He wants to carve him and perhaps disfigure him but he will look more beautiful to Keres. Keres says---- I will transform him slowly, with my own hand. And I will keep him alive until he’s perfect for me.” Afterwards, the perfect Otis will be embalmed. What a sick man! He thinks he is Dr Frankestein and making the perfect creature. Otis is remaining calm and looking for ways to escape. His pst suffering is enabling him to be strong.However, His unflappable demeanor makes Keres like him even more Hudson knows Otis has been kidnapped. He thinks he is now nearby and looking for him. Help is not going to arrive until the club is filled up with the paying customers.Hudson will be on his own for a longer than comfortable time. There is a chance that Hudson will soon no longer be needed when his pictures are taken. I can see Keres will want to rip Otis away if the police attack. He has his own plans for Otis separate from the club. So much uncertainty is in the air , but the situation is full of real danger. I am worried about Otis and Hudson

More possibilities for interconnection on the fields of battle centered around New Mayweather abd Graymere. Amos and Dagon have reunited and are moving to New Mayweather to find Ellina. Wilhem seek supplies in the city and saved Ellina from being beatten . He has become a much better person. He took Ellina to his people in Greymere and they accepted her . The fun will be reading how they and Connor find each other

What a delightful chapter. It is a different world for me , as am American, to enter. I love the description of the small pub mostly filled with two hairy dogs. Other charrming images seem to abound. Keith and Bart and Greg are getting along handsomely. Keith is exposed to new things and being intrigued. He will have more to talk about when her meets Thomas, He may not be able to keep his adventures secret. He enjoyed his day too much. I do not think it is stalking, His friends have a connection to the church.
