I feel things are going to collide sooner rather than later and people will be hurt Otis has a temp boyfriend, Hudson, and Missy tells to be himself to win over Hudson. Great advice. He is not interested in anyone else, But Jackie wants Otis to be his boyfriend and Hudon does not tell Jackie that Otis is his boyfriend already. Jackie will get very upse when he finds out. Watkins is starting a new, invite only club. Jackie and Hudson are told it will feature simulated blood and gore as Jackie say--like in a movie----maybe an extreme BDSM theme. But it may not be simulated and then it will be dangerous to the actors/sex players and others who will be very upset seeing real blood and gore and death. Hudson fears for Jasper life who will be brought back to act in the new club. Watkins is mad he left . Finally, Hudson has been targeted and spied upon. Someone searched his apartment and found a hidden camera compartment so he can no longer use it. He will need to be extra careful. Watkins has tough guys--goons--to carry out his will at the new club and elsewhere.

Oh--FitzH1943--I do not believe this is the last chapter in the Bridgemont saga ! It is the last chapter in the 8th Bridgemont book. More books can be written if our gracious writer feels inspired . Mark Arbour has lots more room to write about men at sea. George might even help Nelson at Trafalgar in October 1805 and at some point end up an admiral. The war against France will extend on land and sea until 1815 or 14 or so years away.

Seth was advised by Mrs Reinhart to realize he was able to make a choice about his living place and that he needed to realize this was an interim period so he could move again in 2 years.“You only have less than two years before you head off to college,” she said. “At your age, you have a right to make your own decisions until that time. You can live with your mother or your father." Neither choice is perfect and they both have bad points. He can continue to try to get his questions answered about his mother and father. He has boys he loves and does not want to run away. It may come down to which is the lesser or two evils. Right now, it appears his father will be more controlling and less willing for Seth to have boys over to have sex or be physically demonstrative . He likely does not want his daughter introduced to gay sex. Seth's mother should let him do what he wants in his room and he could set up rules they both accept if he moves back. He could work it so Stacy did not have veto power over him.

Xavier and Syth agonized and accepted the slave gaunltet method as a protective device. There should be more steps needed. You might find it hard to realize looking at the cover picture of a powerful great sand dragon that Xavier could be as thoughtful and willing to accomodate and see reason. He father trained him well and this inner wisdom should be a powerful guide as he tries to establish his kingdom with his wise followers. What Mablin told him about the present Combined Desert Realm is encouraging to Xavier. Maybe, Mablin will want to join up with Xavier's likely mission exploring the region fixing first on the City of Lucas the Lost. Gradon and Mablin have been there and know of the great weapon that can only be used by the true Lucas. Mablin has not yet considered what he will say about the green dragon when he gets to Silverton. He has sent the remains of the body ahead and will be selling , I assume, parts in the market. Will he not be questioned by the city authorities due to this unusual matter ? As head of the caravan will he hide or disclose to the authorities the surprising revalation that green dragons can shape shift and invite further attention from even higher authorities?

Key matters are revealed in some ways. Some interrelationships are developed. The group has a new focus. Xavier explained to Mablin that he was a prince of Seandra from the past, but did not tell him he was a great sand dragon. Xavier felt the death of a true green dragon and saw that the powerful red haired half elf killer was also blessed by earier two great dragon victories. Kandric's deathly actions reached Xavier and yet does not yet know his name, but should be on the lookout for him or word of him. Mablin deciphered the amulet Lucas held. He explained that the markings reveal to Lucas that Greysac is your "Grandfather, and Odin is your Great Grandfather." A city in great sand desert is called Lucas the Lost and contains a great power that only Lucas can use wield, The group has a goal to visit this city after they stop in Silverton. Lucas with this new power could greatly aid Xavier's quest to establish his kingdom. Xavier and his group discussed Lew's offer of slave gauntlets to protect Syth. Xavier was greatly pained to consider it. but finally agreed the he could be seen as a slave gladiator. He knows from Mablin that they need to be careful and not standout. Syth will need to be seen as owned by a proper royal--I assume Thane will be selected, Syth may get a chance to use his skills as a gladiator. I pity his opponent.

Seth's friends get closer to each other and him. They enjoy sharing sexual pleasures. He has a choice to make: Stay with his father or mother ? There are pluses and minuses to both. He will live a confined outsider status with his dad. His mother is going into counseling as well as Stacy. Seth is offered counselling, too and will attend a new school.. Would life with her be better as a result? I suggest Seth talk to his mother and ask her the questions he has. She should tell him why his dad left and why she wanted a restraining order. Saying she was afraid the father would claim the Stacy seems specious. The potential for violence or injury or unfitness seems more likely a reason for such an order. Be honest, please. Why has the true reason not been revealed? Was she worried he would hurt their kids in some way?

James and Winston and crew are very creative and determined to find out what the map reveals. Dr Wagner is following and disturbing them. He thinks they are onto a great find and must be trying to steal the claim for the discovery for his glory. He will not give up. The crew has another activity planned to work with the map. Meanwhile, James and Winston get closer but have not yet touched each other--Soon, they will act on their feelings, I bet.

Tieing sex--real sex--to a business situation sounds rife with problems. It is known throughout the office so others will be observant. Russ likes Brian and Gordon for now. Can he succeed? Will Fran be implicated and killed as a result? We will find out what happens in the next and finaql chapter. I feel this will end as a tragedy.

When they meet Connor and his mates--- Chef Jonathan will win the crowd over with his food and treats. Who can say no to sweet cakes and madelines? Rusty and Matty will win the crowd over with their better ideas, comradeship and good hearts and fabulous , touching singing. Optimism and friendship will always win over the grinch. Connor is a wet blanket who will eventually be seen as too controling and depressing, I bet.

Progress Rusty and Matty met his mom and talked to her even while she was in a coma. Rusty sang to her. They were very pleased. They also met with Roy. He was not happy that they were going to mary. It did not matter or hurt. Rusty and Matty would go there own way. "Rusty stopped only so that he could hug his guy. Matty was his, and that possession thing went both ways. That meant they would only choose to be happy, no matter what happened." Hooray!

When I lived in the Pacific NW, I had a friend who handled property claims, including fire damage, within a region made against a large insurance company who still advertises widely. He left that company to work for a competitor-Allst...- who offered him a better deal. He went back to his former employer after a year and was aghast at the ethics of his new company, He was told to deny claims he thought were valid. Denying claims kept profits up. He in good conscience could not stay with the company who hurt people. Corbin and his pack and pack connections should get a fair deal--or....

I like some Frank Lloyd Wright buildings. But then I went to Grad School at UW-Madison and he was loved and hated there. He reportedly had a gigantic ego and was very demanding, even for an architect. One of his collectives/homes was in Sun Prairie, WI. I visited the home he originally designed for the SC Johnson family, Wingspread. It was dramatic and inspiring, if drafty and leaky.

Huntingon wants them dead and now they are in their cabin not by the pack hq in Texas. They are easy targets, But they are shifters so any killers will need to be careful. Time for snipers?

You answered questions about his family and in the end gave George peace and showed he was ready to help later an injured but still very alive Calvert who he loves. Things are left unresolved like what about Caroline , but that can be an ongoing matter. It does not appear he will obtain a new ship soon so he will be at home for awhile. A new book might start off with a new focus. He is far away from experiencing pressure from his time in Russia and the Baltic. Norther Ex[posure has been majestic and wide ranging. George was tested and grew in wisdom and his place in society. He personal life faced turmoil and loss and pain. He worked through it all and kept his good friends and heart and his capacity for love So far this book ranks highest of your 8 Bridgemont stories in terms of comments at 1610 comments so far. It ranks second only to Odyssey in terms of total words and views. Northern Exposure was published over more than a 6 year time span. I feel a loss not being able to find out what next happens to George with the current focus. A hope a new book is not far away. Well Done. Bravo , Mark Arbour!

Two letters from his grandfather and Calvert tore him apart and made him think and re-think. Ultimately, he became hopeful. George better learned what had happened. He ran the gamut of emotions thinking about Calvert whose left arm was damaged by grapeshot. His final disposition is not known. For now, he may keep his arm. What is known is that Calvert won a major battle and should be praised as his grandfather told him. Maybe George can help get the word out in due course. Calvert wants to return to England and to George. Certainly, George wants him back should be central to Calvert recovering both physically and mentally. Calvert is depressed and experiencing melancholy. He needs George's support and will get it. Heck, Lord Nelson goes to see with one arm and might be an inspiration to Calvert , if necessary.

Granger's mother told him new information about his family dynamics. He better understood the divisions and motivations. The was a mind opening ride. He learned of his mother's influence on turning around his father's treatment of his tenants. He changed from what his father did to begin treating his tenants humanely and earned their loyalty. Peace was kept when others elsewhere protested. Money though was a serious problem for his father. He took over the estate at 18 and only then learned he was faced with heavy debts that did not become resolved until he received a large marriage dowry. In the meantime his two sisters needed husbands and he could not give them a suitable dowry, so they married men they did not want or love and hated George's father. Duchess Suffolk believed Lady Kendal really liked George and wanted to enable him to provide suitable dowries for his daughters unlike what she experienced. It was likely she thought her estate would let him provide good dowries to help his daughters marry well. George is well situated, like few others. This is a powerful insight on marriage expectations and limits among high society around the time of George II
