Great News--Fred was notified his two appeals were successful. This was fast action. The son of the billionaire is going to be released and Mo will be released. The court was most upset at the performance of Silas and wants disbarment proceeding started. The firm had already fired him and that was well received by the court. But, The firm is now required to review all of Silas's failed cases to see if there were errors and if new fillings will be needed. The court wants a quarterly report on the progress. This is very serious and a black mark. Somone may be punished at the firm. Fred likely will be in charge of the review. Tomorrow the partners will react and somone will review the files to see the volume of what needs to be studied Fred is getting a rental car to go to the prison to bring the freed men back to society. The son will be taken to the law firm to meet his dad. Silas intends to take Mo to his place. I hope the get along now as equals. Mo likely needs to unwind and learn to adapt to his freedom. Just as they were getting much more comfortable with each other, they are attacked by a hostile, possibly very hungry pack of wolves. This was totally scary , seriously dangerous and unexpected. The two fought bravely and several wolves were killed, but too many remained. A chance grabbing of a long branch that was run through the fire to burn at the end, gave them a longer range weapon the wolves feared. Both men planned to stay awake the rest of the night to fight off any more attacks by the wolf pack. It is going to be tense. Will they remain safe?

Jeha decides Axel should not be involved and not a target for Moon. Axel wants him to continue his training and become picked for the heart surgeon's job. Axel has him sent away and gives him little attention and is very formal. Jeha is shocked . He knows he cares for Jeha personally. He knows Axel and his injured staff need more medical help. Axel is going to bring in the family doctor. Jeha will certainly be thinking about his time with these people and might grow to miss Jeha even more. I hope Moon does know find out about him and capture him to pressure Axel.

A mystery--Fred is summoned to the appeals court about his two cases. He is not told why. A partner told him he could only speculate and had no idea why he was called. Fred spent time bonding with other junior partners and really studying his other cases. He felt they were lots more interesting than real estate contacts. A co-worker invited him to a weekend dinner to meet his gay brother who could use some advice.They both had parents who gave them up when they outed themselves. Incidentally, this co-worker told him Silas, his predecessor, was strongly anti-gay but hid it from the partners Fred also is getting ready to see the appeals court. A senor law counsel with go with him and help answer any questions--and report back personally to the partners. Fred will have a watcher and needs to be on his best behavior.

You will like everyone in this story. Two young guys have faced severe hardships and have been rescued by well meaning, decent, caring folks. The legacy of a good man is honored . A new, larger family is created .Sharp, very competent professional people apply their skills in hidden ways to make sure all the legal and offical requirements are handled quickly and efficiently. The two youths will eventually be able to move far away and have a new home, loving guardians ,an extended family and a brighter future in the UK.

Josel's father begins to come clean and starts to tell him about the real evil in the world--the fallen --who his father is fighting with others, including the governor. The shaddow cross is on the other side and may be infiltrated by the fallen. So his world is turned upside down, He has so many questions and wants to help his father. Danger lurks. His father thinks his mother was killed to stop or warn him to not oppose the fallen. Who can Josel trust and ask more qestions? He should not fight Zdain. Does Jolanda play a role? He wants to get very close to her and do more than kiss. She lives in the shaddow cross area. Could she be trying to get information or win him over to her side--whatever that side is? In the spy trade she could be a honeypot. We will find out.

It was wonderful to see them arrive and settle in and see Joseph and Benamin be fascinated by their new location and the warm feelings of support. So much has changed and they are looking forward to their new life . Learning about Joseph's feelings were very encoraging.He was "excited at the idea of new friends and too comfortable in the safety of his love-filled new home." Thank you for this upbeat ending to a special story of hope and love.

Owain and Colin really are good together. The find ways to talk things through and know how each other communucates.Owain wants Colin to move in and wants to invest in his business and offers suggestions. Colin says he will slowly move in and loves his ideas of getting an office assistant and real office space. It will be a professional statement and improve his worklife. Owain has to be pleased and even mentioned marriage at some point. Colin went along with the idea and said someone should propose at some point. Owain has a great , healthy attitude about the money from the will. He is not looking at what had been done by his dad and the church and thought nothing would be written down and the records would be non-existent. He thinks what has happened is the end of it and wants to look ahead. He wants to take his first big payment and invest in Colin's business. He will still give to charity. I think he is enabling Colin to feel better about his business. Let us hope Joe's short scene won't upset others. Owain and Mhari are not worried, though.

Al Norris---I like your options for finding a green. Once found, he needs to be killed. If he is a very powerful dragon, they may want to wait for Garnet to recover. But, the other Seandrans took down a young green true dragon so they may feel capable. I am just guessing, though.
