The trip was a success. People were reunited. Plans were laid. Arnaud found more love and Saint Michael. He died satisfied and at peace. Armand and Colin reached Arnaud in time to talk to him and comfort him. His son, Christian, was very pleased to see them. Armand and Colin took Christian's son with them to America. He is going to see Armand paint another angel and certainly be treated as a close family member. I think he will be thrilled. And the Italian children arrive soon so the lives here will be very busy and happy.

Several problems seem to melt away. They can be a couple. Jake and Greg are really getting along. They want to know each other better. Greg's wrestling friends like Scott and accepted them as a couple. They will support them socially and at school. Greg was surprised to find he had gay friends. Greg's dad met Scott and liked him and silently indicated he would love Greg no matter what. Greg felt supported and loved. One big issued remained. Scott's parents said they have a big secret and Greg needs to know. Scott begged off telling for three weeks so they can strengthen their relationship. Greg is willing to wait. These two are solid and loving. I bet Greg will stay with Scott when he told the secret. Since Scott is a vampire Greg will be shocked and need to know the ramifications and dispel and misconceptions

I like the Jed option Mrsgnomie I think it might help Kyan gain self respect by helping to support himself in a way he can. Maybe Kyan and Perry can problem solve options and helping Jed remotely might come up. I hope Kyan can keep an open mind and accept more help. He is in a new world financially and romantically.

Thinking about Kyan making money and helping Perry--I wonder---is there some way Kyan with training can work from home helping out Perry--like making appointments, scheduling work, ordering supplies--all the backoffice services that support a business serving customers. Technology --cell phones, answering machines, computers, special software, Zoom calls, etc--can help Kyan and he might be able to schedule his day and allow for interruptions . The kids might try to help dad stay on task and be supportive. Many people work from home now.

Ok--Perry wanted to talk with Kyan and move beyond friends with benefits Finally ,Kyan looked at him around the pool and wanted to talk. His question was not about love or romance, but money. Perry has just speat a great deal buying shirts for the family. It must have started Kyan wondering how bad his financial situation was. Perry was supporting him and taking care of the money Kyan had from the insurance proceeds. Kyan suspects it has run out. It has. He is very broke. Perry is the one who keeps them going financially. What will Kyan say next? Will he close done or seek options? Perry should tell him he does not need to change anything and he will continue to help him. He cares deeply for him and the kids. Will Kyan start to think up a plan to get a make money from home ? Will he listen to Perry's suggestions and accept his continued support? Will he be open to moving in with Perry and be open to a more committed relationship ? This would be a very dramatic shift and might scare Kyan. Will Kyan freak out and get upset or be drawn closer to Perry who wants to be his rock?

OK--the defining statement of this story.... Perry's mom said “Life is full of those kinds of dichotomies. Dayna’s happiness with Kyan meant you suffered a broken heart. You finally being with Kyan means Dayna is dead. Either way, being happy for one kid means being distraught for the other.”

Wolner undoubtedly caused the riot and destruction of the parley. He wanted the citizens to fail in their reform plans. He will put a negative spin on the events and who was behind the disturbance. He wants to be the protector of the king and have the king value him. After the fighting and killing, the king will be very upset and likely mad. He will not look to those who sought him out for advice in the future and their demands for reform will be ignored. Reform will be stalled. It is not certain how long changes can be suppressed. The hopes of the people will be crushed Wolner will go after those who are connected to Stillingford. He will be brutal. Edward better be careful. He may have to flee this area with others

Simon closely bonds with Connor, the werewolf. They have intense, fulfilling sex. Simon is the perfect mate for Connor. He wants and craves his sperm. Yidan must be very happy. He has been silent and maybe does not want to stop the two from joining up and having lots of great sex. They agree to leave the town and look for Graymere, the home of his father and a woman who are both werewolves. Simon's father tries to control him and wants him to be in his pack. Simon is going to help Connor resist and fight his father. I expect his father will need to be killed or Simon will never be free, Simon and a newly freed Conor can travel to where Simon is going.

A tired Armand had a good time with his family and friends. He resolved to spend more time with his kids, They are growing up and his friends are growing older. He will be an even better dad and friend. He has found a way to adopt Charles of Chef Boy before he fully learns English. Now the event is pushed away for now. Roger called. I am glad Curtis Buck did not get aggressive with Will before his trip to Europe. He sent an incompetent , handsome lackey who flirted with Will and bungled his spying , Will clearly saw through his approach and lies. He said he was sent by the lawyer for Travis who wanted to contact him. He said he thought Will knew where Travis was hiding. Will said he did not know. The guy's ineptness almost made Will laugh. Will gave up being nice and told him rudely to leave. He reported the approach to the lawyer for Travis. But, Travis's lawyer said Curtis Buck does not like hearing someone say no or give him bad news. I suspect Curtis Buck will not be told the truth by his spy and the impression should be left that Will knows where Travis is located but would not say. Will is going to continue to be a target for an increasingly worried Curtis Buck. Will reported to the lawyer how he ended his conversation with the spy...."I told him to tell Curtis Buck to leave me alone, and that I didn’t know where Travis was,” I paraphrased. “It would be interesting to know if Loren actually told Curtis that,” he said. “I’ve found that Curtis is such an asshole that the people who work for him usually lie instead of telling him that they failed.”

Will received one view of grantmaking that is followed by his family foundation. There are other views, He should use what he learned to make grant decisions and things will stay harmonious. Will smelled a rat and kicked him away. Will contacted Travis's lawyer and exchanged contact info. He learned the guy was likely one specific person who was not who he said he was to Will and us one of Curtis Buck's stooges, Will's actions made sure he was tied into the lawyer and will let him know anything that Travis wanted him to know, Miranda Buck promised to tell Travis who his real father was on April 20. Stef reported that Stef and his partner Greg were having sex around the time Travis could have been created on the grounds of the Buck Mansion and Miranda Buck joined then in a menage a trois without condoms. Wow !

Rusty has come to grips with his mom and her moods swings. August and Mrs K( Maddox's mom) are healthy people who care about him. They will ground him and help him end his feelings of guilt. Matty learned he need to commit to Rusty. He revealed Rusty was his crush to his mom who supported him. But he could not express his true love for Rusty. He was concerned. Then Jaimie came to see him and they had a strange interchange. Jaimi wanted to know how Matty got Rusty as a sexual partner. The switch in his sexual orientation puzzled Jaimie. Matty would not answer him directly. But Jaime told Matty he needed to tie Rusty fully to him to keep him. Be honest. Jaimie said Rusty is worth it. And if it does not workout, Jaimie has offered to help Matty recover. Rusty and Matty have had the underbrush removed in their emotional lives. Will they now reach out to each other and realized they are in love ? I hope so.

You cannot account for prejudice. The adults who object to Colin and Armand are seriously prejudiced. It has to be a learning experience for them. The bigoted men will not be back. Their kids will be disappointed and likely not understand. Most will have had a happy time and several good meals from the trip. The bad points and fathers will be easily forgotten.

We are now there--they are being honest. They are going to explore sex in so many ways. They have crossed a threshold. They want each other fully. Kyan wants to move ahead. His wife is not forgotten. Kyan and Perry can build a new loving relationship . Plus, Kyan will now get his first blowjob and he will be astounded and want more and give more.

The story is not over yet--although it seems like all are tied together fitting an ending. It does not say completed or list "the end" at the bottom of chapter2. I wonder what happens next?

After a terrible time being used and tricked and raped by Brett, Josh reunited with Ethan and their friendship and love deepened. Josh's grandfather caught them having sex and wanted to thrash Josh. Instead, Ethan invited him over to live with him. His parents loved Josh and support their relationship. Josh moved in and was allowed since he was 16. Josh is now out of an abusive home into a happy healthy home with a wonderful boyfriend. Hooray!

Beckett is all alone in the dark by the stables. His attacker is missing an arm and Valrinda is nowhere in sight, Beckett is safe for now. Could he expect to havw more who want to kill him? He should be scared and very worried. He does not know why Valrinda has left, I assume he is pursing the assassin. I hope Beckett finds his dragon soon. This disaster has been averted. But, Beckett still does not where to go next to find the star. He is still lost.

Well, the author gave away in the beginning that this is a story about vampires "Sub-genres: Romantic Fantasy, Vampires" I am looking out for how vampires are involved and what their limitations and powers are. This seems to be a good natured story with likable persons so I am expecting things to work out.

The three have run the gamut of emotions. They have gone back and forth about suicide and feelings of despair. They ended up deciding to live but do not know what to do. They got alone with each other now. They cannot see a future after they leave where they are. Seth called Aunt Marie and she came to pick them up with a friend, a female child psychologist. They are going to consider what to do. The three need help from trustworthy , accepting adults and they have that chance now. Perhaps the time away will give others time to vent and be less abusive. The three might look at their options with adults who are not judging them. Where can they go? I hate to think the three will end up in foster care.
