I think it is normally best in life to be optimistic and not dwell on possible problems until they arise, but Miles could face complications, so he and Mr. Riggs need to be open minded and flexible enough to face any problems that arise head on. Mr. Riggs has contacted a lawyer so he wants professional help. Miles might need an understanding child welfare official and a helpful judge. I expect a legal decision will need to be made on the estate and the status of Miles.
