I can be a meanie when I want to be; writing that is. IRL I'm a nice guy. I have bridges to sell too if you bought that. But I did have second thoughts about killing Tyler. Rather than rewrite a chunk of the capture, I added in the mix-up.
Very nice holiday description. Devin probably could have had the same experience with the bullying, but a little higher self-esteem if he was allowed to be just a bit shorter than average. I was always shorter and smaller, but my older brother was the opposite, taller and bulkier, so I didn't get bullied much. Maybe I just grew up in a nicer town, who knows?
Well, better safe than sorry on the warnings. I guess I'm not able to do too many chapters before bad news arises.

Jason lasted a week before he felt too lonely. He spoke with his managing partner, apologizing profusely that he needed to leave sooner. They agreed he'd stay one more week. Jason found a place in Titusville that would work quite well for him. He'd be about two hours away from us and from Mason. Knowing he'd be closer to two of his kids helped his mood immensely. He arranged for movers to take the bulk of his items, put the condo on the market, and settled into the new place. We had him over for
