All will be revealed in the next chapter, an then the story really starts.

The mystery client is revealed in the next chapter. A mother with secrets! maybe, maybe not.

The adventure starts with revelations in the next chapter.

“Bloody spam” Martin stared at the email. “Dear Martin, we are solicitors in London. We are acting on behalf of a client who has information which may be to your advantage. Please contact me on…….” Ignoring the rest of the message, Martin went on to the next more welcome email. His Sydney solicitor telling him his mother’s estate was progressing well and to make an appointment to sign some paperwork. He was just so pleased with the way, Simon, this warm, friendly and handsome solicitor

Martin is still feeling the effects of an acrimonious divorce and more recently the death of his mother. He receives an email that could be a scam. It triggers events that upend just about everything Martin believes about himself. His path forward is not going to be smooth. Can he navigate this new life to make friends, find love and reestablish a family?

A trust is also a way of protecting money or valuables.

Peter and Jason had to share a room so they could share much more. Everyone around them sees the result as beneficial. It's all looking very good. "a quiet ahead of the storm" as @Topher Lydon commented above? What's coming?

The play, The Importance of Being Earnest, turns out to be a tale where characters lie, adopt false identities, and engage in trickery. The irony is that in this case, it is "not being earnest" that leads to the happy, true-to-life ending. The delightful thing about this farce is the play on the word earnest. It is not so much about being earnest as having the name Earnest. It is only when Jack can prove to Gwendolen that his name really is Earnest that he 'wins' her.

The word earnest always reminds me of the gay Oscar Wilde's wonderful farce, The Importance of Being Earnest.

And the winner is? :Drum roll: Hallmark! -
As far as I can see Wes Craven's descendants have been craving fame, and to some extent succeeding.
-
We always need to distinguish between craving and craven. I don't think anyone would be craving to be craven,

The reconstruction starts for the MULE and the occupants of the House of Mending. Andrew and Bobby witness budding love. This reconstruction involves strengthening and we've seen the start. The enemy is mobilising, so they will need to be strong.

Preston again raises the possibility of them being shapeshifters. He did it before and at that time he seemed happy for the idea to be dismissed. But he still mentions it again. Hmmm Colour me suspicious.
-
So we have the Brody House of Mending broken boys and the Grady Garage of Mending broken cars
-
Would love without desire be platonic?
-
In the prologue comments @Topher Lydon commented: Three broken boys, each suffering, having to rely upon each other. They go looking for a car and what do they end up with? A broken prototype that has suffered. Now they'll be reconstructing a car as well as themselves.

Peter's arrival has brought with it the suggestion of change, but I don't see change coming easily with these three.
-
And hopefully a Brian and Alex story that includes their wedding.

I agree with Steve's view of Dr Who and the early baker stuff working because of the chaos. From memory at one time he installed a poker machine type control in the TARDIS that randomly chose a time/space coordinate. Unpredictable chaos. Why does that remind me of someone? BTW will we witness Steve and Kenny's wedding 🤞🙏

I was wondering if Tarquin had "done a runner" so he could turn up as a problem in a future story.

Give a man enough rope and he'll hang himself. Tarquin wove his own rope of abuse, control, manipulation, corruption, forgery, fraud and theft. Once exposed it was more than enough to hang him, and no one's sorry.

Where I am in Aussieland, and away from the polar vortexes, warmth is a daily expectation. Another type of warmth has been demonstrated in the response to the death, in the last couple of days, of an elderly member of our extended family.

Thanks @Summerabbacat. There are too many loose ends for this chapters to be the end. Besides the epilogue would be long and messy. Think of it as a baton change to the now more appropriate characters.

Thank you @Summerabbacat, @Mark Ponyboy Peters and @Ticklishboy30 for the musical accompaniment. I have to say that seeing The Manhattan Transfer video again after all these years was like opening a delightful time capsule. The talented Leif Garrett could have had a better future.
