There is certainly a lot happening and it takes an effort to keep up, not that, that is necessarily a bad thing. I'm getting the impression that there are not only goodies and baddies but also some good baddies, or is that not so bad baddies. The net is tightening on this pedophile gang and hopefully the FBI subterfuge will give them the time needed to locate more of the gang and save more children.

@Al Norris, the story of your swim with wild dolphins was fabulous. It would have been almost unbelievable for you when it happened. Thanks for sharing.

Surfing at dawn, which is one of the danger times for shark attacks, had me thinking that could happen. I'm pleased that you included a reference to dolphins along the Australian East coast. They are there in their pods and enjoy the surf but rarely mentioned. More action around that toilet block. The police being there looking around could be because someone has reported being assaulted there. If so is Andy Thompson the offender (again). Could Andy and red head be plotting to force the victim into withdrawing his police report?

Maybe but then there wouldn't be the joke. They both know Cleopatra wasn't an Ancient Roman Emperor. Also she was very close to a sort of Roman Emperor by the name of Marcus Antoninus aka Mark Antony. In a way their younger siblings are Antony and Cleopatra.

Again an element with two spellings. Whenever I think of sulfur I also think of sulfuric acid and the rhyme used in high school to remember its formula: Silly Billy had a drink But he will drink no more, For what he thought was H2O Was H2SO4.

He greets me with, “You know what I really feel like?” He doesn’t wait for me to guess and continues. “A Denny’s® Breakfast.” “What’s a Denny’s® Breakfast?” He groans. “Don’t tell me you don’t have Denny’s® in . . . . . err, where you come from.” I smile and look as cheerful as I can in the morning. “Australia. No we don’t. How about we go out and you show me what a Denny’s® Breakfast is.” He grins at me

Now Trev and Julie know their brothers are lovers. Will they just let Brett and Vincent meet at dinner or will they plan something to make the surprise even more fun?

Like @Cane23 I often find it difficult to comment immediately after reading @CasualWanderer82's chapters because they are so full of emotion and thought provoking. Being so late to comment on this chapter there is little to add to the thoughtful comments already above. Bishop is certainly flawed and has made flawed choices. I see him as content on his manicured lawn with his wife and daughter but not truly happy in himself. He craves the adrenaline that missing behind those Florida gates. Even when seriously injured because of the robbery and could be dying his response is "Can't believe...we pulled that off…" So where is he now? His response to Pawn, "Yes," he whispered, his voice breaking. "Yes, you did." isn't just about the horse. Once again @CasualWanderer82 phenomenal writing.
