Multifaceted is often a euphemism for a two faced politician or pastor who lives a life contrary to his politically or religiously professed beliefs. -
I also agree that the Xpress writer and Cottontail are the same person. But, who is this strange student who dresses in a bunny costume and has a brother pressuring him to increase Xpress readership. Will the real Cottontail please stand up.

Believe me, that was also my first thought. Unbelievable as that may seem. -
Jamie has defused Xpress's accusation that he is straight or bi, but amazingly without engaging in any gay sex. Jamie doesn't seem to recognize that he has become exclusive for Cottontail, even while he denies it. But then denial is one of the themes with these two. I love the way they bait and tease each other. I'd love to say I like where this story is going, but with Laura's writing I have no idea where this is going. But, I totally enjoy finding out.

Debbie obviously loves Toby and she will be receiving assistance looking after him. You are right that she needs to think about guardians for him should something happen to her. Certainly couldn't trust Ruby to do that.

We watched the four boys run toward Lake Merced to log a few more miles. I thought, 'Who are these guys' Matt isn't the only one wondering that. How long before he finds out? Oh yeah, does that stamina translate to the bedroom?

Yes @drsawzall, Ruby is not smart. She has gotten her way with the family by being a bully. Now her schemes are out in the open.

Yes, Lachlan has been changing with the times. I like that kosher has two meanings: food prepared according to Jewish law; and genuine and legitimate. Are these Tim Tams as genuine as their peanut butter Tim Tams that contained NO peanut butter.

It does seem that Ruby is the bully in the family, with little consideration for others. No doubt a good example of coercive control.

I read this and wished that I could respond with both love and laugh emojis. You rise an interesting point @Summerabbacat I hadn't thought that Prentiss or Ned could be responsible for Christine's death. I'm sure the coroner will love to hear that possibility explained to him.

Yes Ruby is out for what she can get. She could get more than she bargained for. Yes, they do register births, deaths and marriages in each state/territory in Australia.
