Thanks Jason! I've been busy too. A new semester is starting, and that may impact my posting speed, but I've got enough in the mill to keep us through the immediate suspense.

I'm glad you like the twists and turns. I think Wade being involved is a very good thing. He has an ability to see through his mother's plans (assuming these are her plans) and tends to hold the moral high ground (most of the time).

Thanks Maarten. I told you all those strings would start to braid together. Aristocrats aren't always the nicest of people, but I agree with you that the Duke is more honorable than that. As for Zach, it's hard to figure out what his deal was. He's definitely not acting like Zach.

A review cherry! YAY!!! There's still a lot of mystery out there, so it's a little early to condemn or absolve Zach at this point. I think his comment to Will, about being a poor kid and being vulnerable, was pretty important. You summed that up well.

As usual, with your reviews I find myself nodding and muttering "yes". Elizabeth's weakness and strength is her design of these broad-reaching, inter-connected plans. If she does put her family into a war with the Crampton-Schluter gang, Wade will be conflicted, but he'll make the right decision.
