  1. The Ultimate Truth My entry to the Mayan Tribute Anthology. Summary: The esoterics and prophets predict the end of the world, but none of them anticipates the truth that is ultimately revealed to the world on the day of Winter Solstice. History must be rewritten. Professor Sharma and his students are involved in the events and witness the day of revelation. Enjoy!

    Chapter 1

A very creative and amazing story. I enjoyed it a lot.
  3. Great story. I was a bit shocked when they killed the guy so readily, although I'm certain it was their only chance. Survival of the fittest. This would definitely be the result of a global catastrophe. Your description was very real.

    Chapter 1

We were following the same line of thoughts. Great story. Totally liked it.
  5. That's okay. Different people have different views. At some point in life we must seize a given chance. My story is about a man who never seized a chance. He was given many chances, but he seized none and therefore cannot blame others for his lack of growth. The story was meant to be depressing. So you're quite right about this. Thanks for reading and taking the time to write a comment.
  6. I'm confident. I bought Christmas presents. (Beautiful new profile photo, Bill. I saved it to my computer. Hope you don't mind.)
  7. Thank you so much, joann. I'm happy you liked the tale. I'm Dolores, btw
  8. All Flowers Grow Men are like flowers. They are bound to grow. However, not all seeds spring at the same time. Some lie dormant in the ground for another long and cold winter. A tale about the prince who never matured. Short story. Enjoy!

  10. All Flowers Grow Once upon a time, a young prince lived, a beautiful boy with blue and bright eyes, blond curls and rosy cheeks. He was five years of age and a bundle of joy. He was everybody’s darling and the apple of the eye of everybody around him. He was looked after, pampered and loved by his father, the king, and his mother, the queen, and all the courtiers and servants. They fulfilled each and every of his many wishes for no one liked to see the little boy cry. He had toys, plush toy

    Chapter 1

I could imagine he's soon feeling bored with being the only one able to materialize things. He might decide to come back and seize control of his life. A nice intro to a longer story.

    Chapter 1

A very personal piece that I'm hesitant to comment on. But since my childhood was totally messed up, I dare to leave a comment: My childhood taught what darkness is and thus taught me to cherish the light.
  17. I particularly liked the wordplays. Like Cia, I also wanted to mention: I had been in the dark for far too long. That made it pretty clear to me. I liked your story.

    Chapter 1

Horrible ending. Why did you write it? it spoiled my evening. I know, perfectly fitting the theme. This is the first story that really had a desperate ending, and I have only two more to read. Well done, in fact.
  19. Indeed. Keep it simple, don't complicate matters. Thanks for reading and leaving a comment.
  20. True, the servant was probably not the only one who was into the secret. Thanks for reading and commenting, Bill.
  21. Thank you, Joann. I'm glad you enjoyed the story. Perhaps in the end they become more than just friends. Who knows?

  25. A very lovely tale. I would have wished for a happy ending, but it seems that doom will fall on the kingdom soon. Definitely a story to be continued.
