  1. Happy B-Day, Young Stud!!
  2. Bum Wanting Service!!!
  3. I think selection #2, which essentially says, "Yes, I'm a shallow person,", says a lot about the uhmm...person who designed the survey. It really should be deleted as a choice. :2hands: I love poetry. I prefer the classics but there is still good stuff being published. Poetry requires a love of language and a love of metaphor.
  4. Now I want to kill both of Jake's parents. :2hands: They really are weak people. I can certainly see where Jake is feeling better, now knowing that his buttface father is not his biological father. Talk about getting a "Get Out of Jail" free card. I'm really unsure where the story will go from here. Good thing I'm not the author, eh??? Cory is in a very difficult place right now. Great chapter, CJ!
  5. I, personnally, could use a gentrification program. 10 years??? Surely JP and Stef will figure in adequate low cost housing. I'm no urban planner though. Robbie's in a much better space than I thought. I really did think he was going to throw in the towel. Giving Brad a key to his apartment was so sweet. Go Robbie Go. Things are definitely looking up on that front. Brad really does need something to do - he doesn't do boring very well and he'll just get himself into trouble. I appreciate that his heart might not be in the Claremont project.
  6. That's supreme! Simply supreme! Did that sound gay???
  7. I know it's been only 2 days since chapter 31 was posted, but I'm dying here. If you don't post again soon, I'm going to start whining....worse than Robbie even
  8. Cody isn't about to walk into any sunsets with anyone. I like Cody. I like him a lot. I mean, what's not to like??? Ok, so if you're looking for a commited relationship, Cody is not your man. But I get that he's honest about that aspect of his life - especially with his "partners". For example, Cody has no intention to make a play to get Max back. He realizes only too well that he is not what Max needs. Cody's very noble in his own way. I know he has regrets about some of the lovers he's let go. I'm just wondering if one day those regrets may overwhelm him. Max and Tim seem to be the perfect fit. "A match made in heaven" you might say.
  9. Good grief! Who said Brad was like Cody? You totally missed the point I was making.
  10. Nobody had better mess with my Joel! :2hands: If Joel does go to trial, all he has to do is wear his red shorts to court and the jury will acquit! Super chapter, CJ!
  11. Frankly, I think Brad is craping himself right now. I think Robbie is either going to call the relationship off altogether or tell Brad to take his month and shove it and declare a more indefinite separation. Brad has his pound of flesh already. He needs to get past his bruised ego and decide whether he wants Robbie or not and he needs to decide that before Robbie opens his mouth at dinner. If Brad wants back in, he had better say so right away. Robbie gave it his best shot. He really can't deal with this situation anymore. Brad senses the "calm" that Robbie seems to have regarding his decision. I think Jeanine's situation will be the eye opener for Brad. He's going to realize that he really has been an asshole. Brad is also going to realize that he could very well be in Cody's situation - getting laid a lot but essentially lonley.
  12. Excellent play on the theme for this anthology..."no going back" juxtapositioned to "going back". This soldier would have left a smile on my face as well. Superb story, superbly told.
  13. Thanks! So, could someone point me to the pasture?
  14. I liked the way you managed to sneek that in.
  15. Joel was naked in this chapter!! I don't think I'll be taking a trip down the Suez canal anytime soon. What with CJ's intense knowledge of explosives and all his world traveling, I'm thinking CJ must be a professional explosives expert. He travels the world blowing stuff up.....all legally of course. Cool job for a goat. I'm hoping Trev's mom is alive. He deserves some kind of break in this story. Super chapter, CJ!!
  16. I decided some time ago that Jake and Cory will be together. I am of course leaving it to CJ to get us there. Jake's dad will still die a horrible death. Please look after that too, CJ!! :2hands: I'm pretty sure Bret will be offered a huge modeling contract. He'll have to divide his time between Paris, Rome, New York and London. Yeah, and Vancouver, too! Cory will insist that he take the offer. That's when Jake moves in for the kill...I mean, he helps Cory get over Bret. Cory makes him promise to go straight....well not too straight, if you know what I mean.
  17. Nothing like waking up to find your lover bouncing on your stffy! I must credit Brad with really being in touch with everything that's going on inside him around making it work with Robbie. For me, a steak and a blow-job would have been enough. Thanks for all the Labour Day chapters, Mark. Great treat! I love to be spoiled.
  18. Splendid chapter, Mark! I am having difficulty understanding Brandon's reaction to being fired. Surely he believes he'll be rewarded by Amphion for his duplicity? $500k in diamonds!!! WOW! No more limos for Brad - does a Brinks truck come in a "stretch"? I'm very impressed with Robbie. He's on fire and Brad's really enjoying it.
  19. Good grief! Here we go again. Sex needs to be purposeful. What absolute bullcrap! Can we just skip it this time???
  20. So Brad had no reflections in this chapter vis-a-vis bedding Matt. I find that rather curious seeing that the "veil" will be lifted in the next chapter. The building pressure from chapter 20 wasn't sustained. The only clue I could come up with as to how it will go was Brad taking the "lead" for the family over the Thanksgiving holidays. He knows how to be responsible. Brad gave relationship advice to Nick. So cool. Even better that it worked. Someone should inject Brandon with a good dose of swine flu.
  21. I'm not sure I can take much more of this. The solution of course is to post chapters 21 and 22 together...asap.
  22. He's been actively thinking about it ever since Matt kissed him. That kiss likely would not have happened if Brad and Robbie hadn't "separated". But still Brad maintained the "line" between him and Matt. That line has now been crossed. I believe that in Brad's mind it's now in the realm of possibility. The "probability" factor has gone over 50% for sure. Matt's probability factor is definitely at 100%. Matt's no longer just saying he's been lusting after Brad. He's telling Brad that he needs this. He's saying his relationship with Wade is suffering over this and Brad's the only person who can fix it. Matt's definitely being manipulative here. He sees Robbie and Brad beginning to repair their relationship. So I see Matt being in a "now or never" stae of mind. Personnally, I think Matt is all about hormones. I still love him though. Cody's advice is what may well push Brad over whatever "threshold" he's trying to hang on to. Personnally. I think the "temptation" factor is approaching an overwhelming level for Brad. What I would like to see, though, is Brad making a concious decision for himself - yes or no. None of this "I was a victim" of the situation bullshit. If Brad ends up doing Matt for the purpose of hurting Robbie, he'll have to pay dearly. In the final analysis, though, it's not going to happer because Sharon has already told Mark, "No!"
  23. This chapter is not a cliffhanger. All it really is is low cost medicare. No frills surgery. Nothing anxiety provoking here, folks. We have no frills surgery here in Canada. We'll probably even find out that Big Tony dropped out of med school. Something about him not being able to reach the operating table without a step ladder. And besides, Jake can scream all he wants and not be embarrassed. It's just Big Tony there. The big issue for me is how is Jake going to steal Cody away from Bret. I mean we all like Bret now. He's grown on us. But jake is going to have to break his heart. Now that's going to be a cliffhanger...well, it would be if CJ did cliffhangers...which he doesn't. Splendid chapter, CJ!!!
  24. I must admit to liking the Jeanine theory. Fascinating really. A question though - does she really have the finances to be the money clip behind Amphion? Everyone talks about Stef having more money than God. Frankly, I can't remember her history at all. I too was surprised by Cody's reaction to Brad's teasing. It seemed out of character. He's never done the whining thing before. I'm pleased that Robbie's starting to think straight again. Brad is too. Super chapter, Mark!!!
  25. I don't think relying on Egyptian mythology is the best way for Trevor to go here....unless he calls his handgun Bes. :2hands: Well, Joel has got his plumbing all cleared out. 3 times even. I was hoping that Joel would find the hidden listening devices when looking for Lisa's ring in the guest house. Wasn't meant to be, I guess. Trevor's car sounds like a real dream machine. Mind you, it worked when Joel's didn't. So there's another vessel that looks pretty much like Atlantis? Will the thugs plant the bomb on the wrong boat? Seems too obvious though for a CJ adventure plot. A red herring, methinks. Mind you, if it saves Trevor's ass, I'm all for it!
