I don't know much about this stuff but have read a little about it and yes something you write is owned by you the problem comes when people try to pass it off as their own but the only way to completely prevent that i imagine is by legally getting your writing protected in your name. I found the following useful hope it helps Don't assume that if you credit the author there is no copyright infringement: a lot of people wrongly think that if they credit the author of an article or image they are not violating the copyright law. You can only use copyrighted material if you have explicit permission from the author to do so (or if you make fair use of it, as explained before). 8. Don't copy material just because it does not show a copyright message: the Copyright Law required a copyright notice to protect works until 1977. In 1978, however, the law changed and abolished the requirement for copyright notice. This means that every published work (be it on paper or digital media) automatically gets copyright protection, whether expressed with a notice or not. Don't copy material just because you are not making a commercial use: while making commercial use of copyrighted material might make it easier for the author to claim damages against you the commercial use per se is not a requirement for copyright infringement. Love this show, the boys are very good looking and i got to meet them both at a convention they are even hotter in person. Do you know they have offcially renewed for the 6th season so i don't see any death scene at the end of the 5th season as both boys have died now and been bought back. I think I will have to see where they take the 6th season to see how it will end, not sure if they will wrap up this storyline in season 5 as i see it still having much more to come but then they do like the big climatic season endings so i see some big showdown but i don't see either brother dying. Maybe bobby will I do know for certain that both boys will be in season 6 as they said at the convention they would never do the series without the other one so sweet. I do think in the showdown for this storyline that the brothers relationship will save them, that the fact that they will do anything for eachother but wont kill eachother will help them end this. I do think the series will end with the brothers still fighting and just walking off into the sunset to fight another day kind of thing after a big battle.

I have to say I haven't personally had any issues really with chat but I have seen the clique and how that can work against new people. I am pretty much a laid back guy that wont argue so i tend to just go with things and not cause a stir but i do notice things. I notice that the regulars can and often do team up on a new member even if that person is annoying or upsetting its difficult to watch and I don't say anything because I think often it will just mean getting into an argument myself that wasn't mine and i suck at confrontation. I have at those times PM'd the new members that have been under attack and talked one on one to reassure them because at times it might seem like fun or teasing but i tend to pick up that for that member its not the case and it sucks to think that someone shouldn't feel welcome here because for a lot of us here we ar emade to feel unwelcome in a lot of places this should be a safe fun place to come to. I think new members can be easy to get along with or can come off wrong to the regulars and seem annoying ect but i think we need to learn a level of tolerance something we all ask for in our society. Reguars need to realise that new people can be nervous or may not have any attachment to this place so they may come to chat with an i don't care attitude that can change over time as they realise this isn't like many other sites. I think the special thing about this place is that there are cliques because people here care about eachother and I know as a new member it was seeing those bonds that made me want to be more a part of this site than i did initially and i have many people here i care about now. So it is normal to want to protect that but it's important to remember new people don't always get that at first. That said there will always be people that don't want to appreciate the place for what it is and yeah i have witnessed some really annoying behaviour but I tend to ignore it or give gentle reminders of the rules or just try being nice to that person which can actually work wonders with people, tends to make them act less like an annoying itch on your backside if they feel involved and valued as a person here. If you can't do that go with ignoring them. I think one problem i have seen most is that if a member annoys a few regulars and an argument breaks out then that person never really gets another chance to show they are ok and if faced with animosity they are not really going to. I have seen a member act completely different when the person they argued with is in chat because they are of the defensive to every little thing. Also jumping in on arguments that are not our own and bitching about someone doesn't help, I have seen bitching about people I haven't met so then when i meet them i already had a bad feeling towards them and it's from practice of not going along with what friends think of people to stop me going along with what others thought of that person. New people need to take responsibility of course and know that this place is important to people and although I think new people should be given a chance there are only so many times you can be gently reminded of things before people start to think your taking the piss. Also if your feeling ignored/unloved ect you don't need to be obnoxious or loud to get attention, (leave that to linxe ) just try talking to people in chat one on one if you feel intimidated or join in with the conversation. It's all i did and i consider a lot of people here good friends now. Also if you do feel your being attacked and feel confident enough you could try raising that at the time because sometimes it can be just a joke or something taken the wrong way or maybe that person really didn't realise it upset you. Of course some people can just be bitchy, yes even the regulars if that is the case then don't get into battle mode with that person, no one wins, try resolving it without name calling or attitude and if that fails make friends with others and ignore that person. We can't all like everyone but this is a good place that everyone should be able to enjoy and even though some of what rob said came off wrong I think I get what he was aiming at. Even the cliques are all unique diverse people that do not all get along all the time or agree on everything, they have just known eachother long enough to accept or tolerate the differences so new people don't have to change to be accepted here but they do have to respect people and of course they in turn should be respected, if there were more of that going on then this wouldn't even be an issue. hope i didn't offend anyone, I just ike this place and chat from someone inbetween a newbie and a regular lol sorry know this is long but wanted to add that chat can be a fun friendly place and friends can be made there, I think it may have come off sounding bad in this thread but for the most part it is a good place to be so I hope no one is put off. and hey if you come in I will always chat to you if i haven't wandered away lol

LOL such a fun topic, me and my friends always talk about these kinds of scenarios after watching another zombie movie ect and so far the best plan we have is to stock up some good size boats at a harbour build some barrier around the harbour and shoot them as they attack this barrier, if the barrier is over run we escape in the boats and can shoot them safely from a distance we have way too much time on our hands

hey James, found this story the other day, only a few chapters in but already hooked, i love these type of stories and you have actually inspired me to continue with my own story that is based around surviving nuclear attacks, so thanks for that.
