There is more than one author on here who would definitely have ended the chapter there - @Carlos Hazday, @Mrsgnomie& @kbois being pretty good at doing that! There is still more to be uncovered which judging by the comments above will come in the next few chapters. Great story @Mawgrim.

"Go home Loren" - the three words Jay thought he would never have to say and the words that Loren never expected to hear come from Jay. Jay was 100% correct - but now with the help of the Loe Team, Lars, Matt/Seamus and the unknowing help of Aidan/Carson hopefully Loe will have the right words to convince Jay that they have a future together! @Mrsgnomieyou keep excelling yourself and this was by no means a short chapter though I have no problem if you want to post any that are longer!! @kboisit must be getting close to the point where you start posting your next story?? (When you run out of things to do for @Mrsgnomie)

Oh goodie! Oh goodie! Hang on a cotton picking minute - you were posting tomorrow in any case!! But as it's an extra Bank Holiday (as well as Friday) here in the UK tomorrow (as it's Queen Elizabeth's Platinum (70 years) Jubilee weekend) I'll be able to read the chapter as soon as you post it! Just think, if you lot over there had behaved yourself and not thrown a hissy fit all those years ago you could have joined in the celebrations too!

Eric - a cantankerous old git, Andy & Adam - a soon to be married couple, Rob - a very old work colleague of Eric who he hasn't seen in years. These are the ingredients that make for a great story. There's misunderstandings (plenty of those), anger, fear and most of all LOVE! I've followed Eric's journey right from the start (which is where you need to go if you've not read any of it before) and it's a rollercoaster that @northietakes you, the reader, along for the ride. Once you start I bet you won't be able to put it down!

Alright you've twisted my arm! I'll have to try and find Coconut Cream & Lime Juice - Dr Pepper's no problem - then I'll give it a go. Then hopefully @Mrsgnomiewill lift the Epilogue embargo!

I wonder if Lars (& Courtney?) will provide the solution to this a-long-time-a-coming flare-up between Jay & Loren? Much like Jay's sudden revelation with his parent's anniversary meal location - Jay has now had his eyes well and truly opened by Loren's refusal to even consider moving in together (which of course they definitely should have done by now). But LOREN will have to be the one to compromise in this situation or Jay will be gone for good!! Just when you think everything is going along swimmingly then @Mrsgnomiethrows a spanner in the works and "breaks up" Jay & Loren!!!! Okay, villagers it's time to get your pitchforks ready - we're going on an author hunt!

I haven't read the comments on this chapter yet but we've got some way to go to beat the previous chapter (23) on 129 (at the moment)! Though I see we're already on 73 for this one so maybe not such a hard task after all! Anyway, all I can say is that @Mrsgnomieis pure evil, leaving us thinking that Jay was seriously injured or possibly even about to die - to find, much like the Bobby Ewing scene in Dallas (coming out of the shower after a whole series on a story arc that never actually happened) that it was all a dream! And don't think I'm leaving you out @kbois- you were a willing participant in this, this, this.... words fail me! (just thought of one - subterfuge!) But anyway, back to Jay's parents walking in on Loren with Jay on the kitchen counter - how embarrassing would that be if it happened to you! Then once again the cliffhanger Queen strikes again, ending the chapter with Loren saying he wants to find his brother! I love this story too much to stay upset with @Mrsgnomie& @kboisfor too long.

And why would that be so wrong? 🤪😇 Apart from the fact it might well break the GA website and/or the Internet!
