Paternity is the twelfth story in the CAP Saga. The story takes place in 2000, with Wade Danfield and Will Schluter as our primary narrators. Many of the characters in this story were introduced in “Chronicles of an Academic Predator,” “1968,” “The Land Whore,” “Be Rad,” “Man in Motion,” “A Summer Love,” “If It Fits,” “Bloodlines,” “The Box,” "Millennium," and "Poor Man's Son."

All love stories strive for that "happily-ever-after", to be together forever. This one is no such love story. It was doomed right from the start. It's just the account of one moment of utter passion, of fighting fates to the point of death.

This project came about due to a now defunct project. Authors were asked to pick a subject and write on it. The subject for this was a family get together.
