Each of these stories is about my life, and my memories. Names are changed for obvious reasons.

Sam, a young man fascinated by knighthood, is astounded when a knight-errant rides into his rural village of Reabury. Cloaked in mystery, the knight reveals little, but before Sam can discover his secrets, tragedy strikes. A child from the village is kidnapped by ruthless bandits and held for ransom. Upon hearing the news, the knight prepares to confront them, but he cannot do it alone. Only Sam knows the way, and thus begins a journey that will test his courage and define the true meaning of heroism. The outcome, however, leads to a tragic consequence that will change his life forever.

Note: This story begins four-and-a-half years after Kept Boy to Made Man and seven months after Souris lands in Chicago. While it is not necessary, it is recommended you read those stories first as an introduction to the Land of Lincoln and many returning characters.

It started as a misunderstanding until it wasn't. Rhory An and Cahir Wei are complete opposites from two warring worlds, and yet it seems like fate keeps pushing them towards each other. Cahir, a man with a past filled with trauma, grief, vengeance, and hate, while Rhory, a man who seeks to live his best life while juggling the protective brothers who wish him to remain trapped in a glass cage as if he'd get lost in the world of sin. This story is set in a university town in the Netherlands today. Protagonist Alarik is a man in his forties of mixed Dutch-Swedish descent, who has just moved into a new apartment. He turns out to have a young next-door neighbour while his younger colleague happens to live nearby. With a bit of nostalgia, he looks back on past relationships and wonders how his new immediate social environment will impact his daily life.

Love Is… is a trilogy of intertwined love stories bound by fate. In the first book, we follow Marcus, a loud, outgoing teen wrestling with unexpected feelings for his quiet, nerdy classmate, Justus. Their personalities couldn’t be more different.

As Marcus grapples with the question of why his heart races at Justus’s every smile, he must ask himself: Is this fear of rejection—or the fear of finally letting someone in? What does “love” even mean when every glance feels like a secret only he can decode?

Through a series of events, Marcus and Justas together will love what their definition of love is. And what do you think>
