This is the continued story of Matt Spence, Andy Gibson, and their friends. Knots 2 covered the first half of their sophomore year in high school. Knots 3 covers the second half. Matt and Andy are struggling with their sexuality along with the trials and tribulations that come with being a teenager. Decisions they make cause them to tie knots in their lives that have both good and bad consequences.

This is a continuation of Matt and Andy's reflections on their freshman year in high school that can be found in Knots. Matt and Andy are searching for who they are and have been willing to share the highs and lows of their four years in high school. Knots 2 covers their sophomore year and the knots they tie in their lives.

This is the first part of a multi-part story of two 14 year old boys searching for their sexual identity as they tie knots in their lives. It documents the challenges their friendship faces as the boys move through their freshman year in high school. Each part of the series covers a year of the boys' high school life until they graduate from high school.

Ben is a quiet boy, loves living life in his imagination more than anything. He has a sister who protects him, a mother who doesn't understand him, and a grandmother who perhaps understands too much. So then, who is this new boy in his life that seems to intrude more and more on his fantasies, perhaps even making some of them reality.

Garrett's life is over. His body has been ravaged by magic beyond his control. He is a freak of nature, with mythical powers that are only told about in legend. He has no home, no friends, and his family believes he is dead. Amidst all that, war has come to the Kingdoms. He has no place in life. Or does he?

It's Sword-toting masked man of mystery vs. Ninja in this story. Who is going to win in this epic war?

A lonely recluse trys to help a troubled hitchinker learn the truth about himself. In the process he becomes confused. Ah what fools these mortas...
