NaPoWriMo-2016 - 12. Day 12: Love is Pain

span style="font-size:1em;line-height:1.3em;">April 12
I am still dealing with issue of love. I don't know when I am going to get out of that mood. So I challenged today to all poets at GA to write a poem with the 1st line of below poem.

Love is the pain I built-in myself.

I craved,

ran for every opportunity.

Adjusted a lot.

Love is the pain I built-in myself.

I laughed,

believed in everyone.

Got hurt a lot.

Love is the pain I built-in myself.

That grown,

but makes me feel empty.

Almost dead.

Love is the pain I built-in myself.

Never leave,

haunts you everywhere.

Even in hell.

span style="font-size:1em;line-height:1.3em;">Thank you all for spending your time to read my poems. Any comment or compliment is appreciated. After all your words are the encouragement we get for the effort we put.

You create a powerful refrain with the repeated first line. There is almost a suggestion that being too open – too receptive – is the root of the problems others caused for you. But, you being you is a good thing; them taking advantage is bad.

Don’t change, Emi. We love you for you.

I never did or never would change myself for someone. And thank you for great review and support Ben... :)
