A trade caravan left on the King's Way as soon as the roads cleared, but Winter hasn't quite given up yet. A storm is bearing down on them, and Ryn needs to get them off the road before it hits.

This story will continue in a future Anthology and it exists in a larger world I am writing.

A really good story.  Ryn and Feng have each learned some things about the culture of the other, and their future seems to be interesting.  I do hope there are, eventually, multiple sequels -- the story is THAT good.  I heartily recommend this superb short story.
