Trouble Plus Trouble. - 37. Chapter 37
Double The Trouble.
Chapter 37.
Matthew's face lit up with a smile.
"Three warm-up laps for a start and then I’ll tell you."
He ended up not making it a very hard session at all, and spent most of the time swimming with Peter. Kenny didn't try anything in the change room afterwards and Peter really appreciated that. On the way to Matthew’s place with Brent, they were talking about it being the first time Kenny hadn't given Peter a boner for three weeks.
"He’s not too bad Peter. He admires you a lot you know."
"Me?"
"Of course. He doesn't just do stuff because he likes your dick."
"You reckon he likes my dick?"
Peter did know, but was curious to hear Brent's answer, which started as a laugh.
"God Peter, get real. You have to know that."
"Yes, I do. I just wondered how obvious it was to everyone else."
"Ha, we knew as soon as he did the first grabbing game with you."
"They all like him though."
"Yeah, you can't help it, he's so clueless."
Peter's ears really perked up at that. It had been in his mind ever since Andy said it to him.
"Andy reckons I'm clueless too."
They both laughed and Matthew reached from the back to grab his neck.
"Peter, he really is clueless. You’re not."
Peter looked at Brent in puzzlement and Matthew nodding wasn't much help either.
"Brent, that's confusing. Is Andy wrong?"
Peter kept pressing his head back in a game of trying to trap Matthew's fingers while Brent was thinking what to say.
"Andy's right but it's a different clueless. Yours is disappearing while Kenny's never will."
"Hey, why don't we ask him out with us tomorrow? He'd be good fun. We can scare him in the tunnel."
What was Matthew talking about?
"What tunnel?"
"You'll see. We’re going there after training. It's an old goldmine Brent knows about."
"Really? Wow!"
Matthew’s hand kept kneading, and Peter wriggled from the enjoyment of it while he listened to the talk about the tunnel and the plan to ring Kenny as soon as they reached Matthew's place. Matthew made some quick snacks while Brent was on the phone.
"No I'm not stirring you Kenny. We all want you to come with this tomorrow. We’re training first, then going for a drive.
Where? We’re not telling. You only find out if you come with us.
What else? Well, Peter wants to go skinny dipping so he can perve on you."
What a fibber! Peter listened till Brent put the phone down.
"You wait Brent, I know you're setting me up."
Brent just laughed and didn't deny it.
"He didn't believe me at first but then he was really keen. He's going to train with us so we'll have to pick him up on the way."
They started wrestling as soon as they reached Matthew’s room, well sooner really, because Peter was dragged along in the headlock all the way up the stairs, to protect himself Brent said.
"Sheba, you've done it again Peter!"
He had too. Matthew dived for the button that had popped from Brent's shorts and Peter laughed as they stirred him about ripping their clothes off.
"Jeez Matthew, it's a wonder you've got any clothes left at all."
"I know. He does it on purpose to make me take them off. He's got a thing about Greek wrestling."
"Greek wrestling?"
"It's just a funny name for wrestling in the nude. He always makes me do it and I'm not game to say no. We'll have to do it now or you won't have any clothes left to go home in."
The two idiots stripped right off while Peter wanted to know what the ‘not game’ bit was about.
"We're all scared of you. Even Year Twelves run when you're around."
"Very funny. No one's ever been scared of me in my whole life."
This prompted a game where as soon as he touched them they'd screech in fake pain and beg for mercy, then for half an hour it was just a happy muck around. They ganged up on him because Brent had heard Andy stirring Matthew about stretching Peter's dick till it was twice as long as it used to be. This was an interesting concept which required experiments to see if there was any truth in it, and Mr Long complained and enjoyed himself at the same time. Things were getting very interesting when Rob's car pulled into the driveway and there was a great rush to make themselves presentable. Jeez, it wasn't just Rob. He had Beth with him, and they both had a ‘what's going on’ kind of look. After a quick round of hugs Rob started the questions.
"Are you all right Peter?"
"Yes, what do you mean?"
"Andrew rang Beth. He was worried you'd been in a fight."
Peter looked straight at his mum.
"I didn't fight anyone mum, and if I had to I was just going to defend myself."
In a flash, Beth's arms were around Peter for a quick reassuring hug.
"Where have you been? I couldn't find you."
Peter was puzzled by that.
"At training, then we came here."
"You couldn't have been. Andrew went to the pool looking for you a couple of times. None of you were there."
"Oh. We didn't get there for a while."
"He said there was some kind of crisis in the school yard? "
"There was mum. Andy fixed it."
Rob and Beth exchanged a look then waited.
"Some Year Twelves started picking on Matthew, and Andy made them look like idiots."
Beth and Rob listened while Peter told the story, Matthew and Brent adding their own comments every now and again. Beth looked concerned but a smile peeked through at the purple poofs, and she covered her mouth in a gasp of surprise at Andy's action in showing his jocks in the middle of the school yard. Rob was shaking his head with a big grin.
"Where does the fighting come into it?"
Peter didn't want to say and wished Andy was there to speak for himself, but Brent explained that part.
"Andy set that up Beth, and it worked perfectly. He knew there wouldn’t be a fight. We all did. That guy only does stuff when he's got his gang with him."
Beth still worried, and she voiced a concern that was strongly in Peter's thoughts.
"What if they find Peter or Matthew on their own? Won’t they be worse now?"
"No way Beth. Now that he's backed down from Peter he won't go near him. He knows he’d have to face Andy too, and he won't try that again. It was a shock when he saw the whole team against him too."
Brent laughed.
"He'll be too worried about getting a bog-wash."
"Bog-wash?"
Brent explained the term and Beth didn’t like it. She knew how much it had upset Peter at his old school.
"That's disgusting. I’m surprised at Andy saying that. It doesn't sound like him."
Oh gosh! Peter wondered what would happen when Beth saw Andy next. She was sure to confront him.
"He wouldn't really do it Beth. Steen and his gang have been doing it to the Year Seven and Eights, so Andy was just giving them some of their own medicine."
Peter hadn’t known that. Wow! Andy was clever.
"Really? Year Twelves pick on the juniors like that? It sounds as if Andy might have been giving them a message?"
"For sure Beth. No one thinks it's funny, well I suppose some do, and it's meant to be an initiation, but there's always trouble when it happens."
"I don't understand why Peter was meant to fight, when they were provoking Matthew?"
Peter hadn't known that either.
"Matthew wanted to take my place Rob, but Andy said it had to be me because I'm smaller."
"You're joking? No, I see. Interesting psychology don't you think Beth? Where’s Andy now Peter?"
"He's on his way to Anglesea."
"Right, that explains the out of range signal on his mobile. What's wrong with yours Matthew?"
"My mobile? Nothing. Oh, it's turned off. The battery needs charging."
"And the house-phone? It's been engaged for nearly an hour."
Matthew looked puzzled.
"That's weird. We haven't been using it."
He walked to the nearby wall unit and listened.
"I know what it is. One of the extensions must be off the hook. Hang on."
He ran up the stairs and was back in a few minutes with a grin on his face.
"It was the one in my room. Peter must have got clumsy and knocked it out of its cradle."
The mystery of why Beth couldn't get in contact was solved and after talking for another ten minutes Rob took Matthew and Brent with him to collect a take-away meal. That was really an excuse to leave Beth with Peter.
"Every thing’s all right mum. I was going to tell you tomorrow morning."
"I know. I had a client when Andrew rang and it was half an hour before he left, and then when I couldn't contact anyone I got extra concerned. Was it anything like last year?"
Peter pressed against his mum and her hug tightened for a moment in acknowledgement.
"It was for about one minute, till Andy took over. You should have seen it. Marty and Brent were there and when Andy whistled so was nearly the whole team."
"How did you cope when you were waiting for this Steen to turn up and fight?"
She already knew really, but they always talked these things through.
"I was so scared. He is bigger than me, but everyone was there and I knew they wouldn't let him hurt me too much if anything went wrong. I didn't want to fight mum, but I had to trust Andy and it was for Matthew too."
That got him another squeeze of understanding.
Beth went quiet and after a moment twisted her head to look Peter directly in the eyes.
"You've stopped being scared of him now haven't you?"
Peter had to think about that, and was startled to realise his mum was right.
"What is it?"
Beth had the strangest look, one that Peter hadn't seen before and couldn't figure out.
"You're growing up Peter. It shouldn't catch me by surprise, but it always does."
Peter wasn't exactly sure what she meant, but relaxed back and enjoyed a few minutes of quiet closeness till the sound of the returning car set them moving. Rob was in fine spirits and when the Chinese take-away food was shared out, produced sets of chopsticks and insisted everyone try them. It was all very well for him. He’d obviously used them before. Peter gave up and grabbed a fork when his food started to get cold.
"What are your plans tonight Matthew?"
"Nothing, we're just doing school-work and Brent's staying."
Rob nodded then used a stage whisper to tell Beth that that meant they were going to watch porn on the Internet. Peter and Brent were startled, which was his intent, and Beth just laughed. Matthew was used to these shock tactics and acted all innocent.
"What's porn dad?"
Rob laughed. Peter loved listening to Rob's laugh as it was so much like Matthew’s.
"Peter can tell you that. Do you think Peter knows about porn, Beth?"
Beth nodded as if she was thinking about it seriously.
"I'm sure he does. He has everyone out of their clothes every time you blink."
Everyone loved that and there was a round of comments about Peter's nude escapades. Yes, they were all mad he decided happily. Rob took Beth home to go through the week's figures with her and the study session started. At 10:30 they had their showers and jumped into bed. That didn't last long because Matthew and Brent started stirring Peter about Kenny.
"Are you ready for him Peter? I bet he starts something."
"Matthew, he tries something every time he gets near me. And anyhow, who told him I wanted to see him skinny dipping? No wonder he tries stuff, with you egging him on."
"Hey, we better give you some practice at the grabbing game. That's his favorite excuse for getting at Mr Long."
"Ha, what's your excuse then?"
"I don't need one. Mr Long's mine whenever I want him."
Mr Long wasn't going to argue with that, and started showing interest in the proceedings. This prompted stirring, but that didn't last long since Mr Long very quickly had company. Matthew took charge, as he often did in these personal games, and decided on a two on one variation of the normal rules. That didn't last long either as they all got excited.
***
The door clicked, there was a soft scuffle of feet and a touch on the shoulder. Peter didn't get a fright this time, and in fact had been half expecting Andy to turn up. He clutched Andy's hand and with a strong pull, tugged him down onto the bed. There was a short tussle which ended with Peter’s hands held in the surrender position and his stomach squelched under Andy's weight. They were both grinning. Peter knew that, despite Andy being just a vague shape outlined by the light from the clock radio.
"God, what am I sitting on? Doesn't this thing ever go down?"
Peter didn't even bother to answer.
"What happened Andy? How did you go with Colin?"
"Neat. Hang on and I'll tell you."
A couple of moments later, as naturally as if it was a habit, he was nude under the sheet and talking about his weekend.
"I've decided he’s a bit like you Peter."
"What's that supposed to mean? You get him into fights, bully him to death and nearly yank his boner off?"
"I'll pull yours off, brat!"
He gave a couple of yanks to make his point then laughed when Peter made no effort to stop him.
"He didn't even get a boner. No, I mean he enjoys things but you can't always work out what he's thinking."
What ever did that mean? Peter didn't get a chance to follow it up because Andy wanted to know what Beth had said about last Friday.
"She’s mad at you. You know what she thinks about fighting and she says bog-washing is disgusting."
There was a short silence then Peter squawked in shock.
"Now tell me what she really said or I'll twist it further."
Peter didn't answer, till there was a laugh and another twist.
"All right. I'll keep twisting, but tell me."
There was another twist and gasp from Peter.
"She really was surprised Andy, but Brent explained everything really well and now she reckons you’re unbelievable."
For some reason this answer warranted another twist.
"Gah! Not so rough."
"Why not? You like it. What about Rob?"
“He wants to talk to you."
There was another pause and another twist.
"Stirrer!"
"He does really, but just to say thank you."
"Good, now tell me what else you've been up to. Did you have any dramas while I was away?"
"Um, sort of!"
"How come?"
"We went for a drive yesterday afternoon and Kenny came with us."
Andy thought that was funny.
"Whose idea was that? Brent's?"
"Matthew’s really, but Brent was the one who rang him up."
"So what happened?"
"They told him we were going skinny dipping because I like looking at him in the nuddy, and then they made me go through the tunnel with just my runners on."
"What tunnel?"
"Brent found it. Someone at school told him where it was and we had to drive to the bush up near Kinglake. It's really neat. Brent had a candle and we went right through then back again."
"Without your clothes? Was it cold?"
"Not really. It was spooky though. I kept thinking something might bite me."
"God, you're crazy. Were there spiders or rats or anything?"
"Brent went first with the candle so I didn't have to worry, except he kept saying to watch out for stuff."
"Like what?"
"Giant spiders, then it was skeletons and dead animals and wombats and snakes. The snake bit made me nervous in case there really was one somewhere."
"Did Kenny freak out?"
"No, he loved it. When he heard the snake idea he reckoned there was one close by and kept grabbing my dick to see if it was in attack mode."
"It's in attack mode now."
"Ha, that's not my fault."
"I bet he tried to wank you?"
"Yes, but I turned it into the grabbing game and he's hopeless at that."
"He stripped off in the tunnel?"
"Well that was his own idea. You know how quickly he gets into that stuff, and Matthew carried his clothes on the way back. "
"Did it take long to go through?"
"It did on the way back because we explored down a side tunnel."
"Hell! That sounds dangerous. You might have got lost."
"Not really. There was nowhere else to go. We even tried it without the candle and you could still work your way along. It just took ages."
"God, whose idea was that?"
"Um, mine!"
"You're a nut. We'll have to take Marty. What else did you do?"
"Nothing really. We went to the movies at the Uni and Matthew and I went training this morning, then we studied all afternoon."
Andy thought anyone who studied on the weekend was weird, but of course, being weird was normal for Peter and Matthew. They talked more but the three hour drive home after an active weekend took its toll, and Andy quickly conked out.
