What items hold your precious memories, a glance or touch reminding you of events too precious to forget?

Read on to see what joggles your memories...

Response from the author:

A lifetime’s worth of things, some of which gathered dust, and some still useful. All have an association of some kind. Thanks for your review.

Truly remarkable stuff, this collection. Parker's poetry most always touches on universal themes we can all connect with, and these are some of his very best. I thank him for the sweet emotion he stirred in me. Cheers!

Response from the author:

I’m very happy these sounded a chord with you. I hope any music in your own memory that was stirred tang sweetly. Thank you.

There are memories held in things often overlooked and taken for granted.  "Old Coats" is a unique exploration that makes you look again at something old, in a different light.

Response from the author:

I’m grateful for your kind words. Each coat has its own store of recollections. I wonder what their next owners will add, until the holes and patches are bigger than the original material.
