Lots of stories address the gay man after the divorce. But what might happen to cause the divorce. Dylan Pastore found out. Was it the alcohol, or is he truly gay?

Derek Arriens had always been the kind of boy to help others, so ending up with a career as an EMT after high school wasn’t a surprise to him or anybody who knew him. Derek volunteered for the rescue squad as soon as he got his license at 16 1/2. Three years later something happened that made him wonder if he should consider a change of career.

Stephen Zamora has been picked on by his peers since his first day of school almost eight years ago. School starts again in about five weeks. Stephen is not looking forward to it. A new school, in a new town. A fresh start. A whole new set of tormentors await him. And one boy who will make his life bearable again.

Domenico Martini is entering high school at a boarding school, necessary due to circumstances from earlier that summer. He learns a lot about school subjects, life, himself, and a whole lot more. He'd always liked boys more than girls, but never had a chance to do anything about it - maybe not totally gay, and he wouldn't be sure if you asked him about it, until arriving at the school, that is.

Matt is a young teenager, who with the help of a new friend, discovers a new world of sexual experience. In the process, his life changes in ways he never expected.

This story follows Virgil and Sam, two teen boys who were unaware of each other’s crush on the other, on their sexual discoveries and journey. With a bunch of other interesting stuff that happens along the way to them and their friends. Those that know my work know that interesting will take many forms.

It’s also different from any of my other stories because it is told from multiple points of view. Many characters act as the narrator over the course of the story. I was told this format/style doesn’t work, but I decided to let you all judge for yourselves. I hope you all enjoy it, whether for the first time or not.

Prompt #385 –

Brendan Nelson had a tough week at work. He is a Project Manager at a small software company. Nothing went well on his current project. The last delivery to QA (Quality Assurance) was a total failure, the techs couldn't even install it. Add to that, a serious problem in the development of a new feature arose. Finally, on top of that, the customer was screaming about a bug that hadn't been fixed for months, and now it apparently crashed the system. As if things weren't bad at work, he had to come home to a surprise.

A response to Prompt #68:

Imagine where your character leads a pretty decent single life. Then there is a phone call and that life is turned upside down as they find out, they have just become a parent—to a teenager. Is this a cousin that has been left with no other family members? A god child? A niece or nephew? What is this first meeting between them going to be like?

The circumstances whereby Manny obtains guardianship are a little strange, to say the least. Not to mention what happens afterward.

Fred Jamers has been falsely accused of killing his boyfriend, Stephane Thibedeau. Arrested, tried, convicted on circumstantial evidence, and sentenced to five to ten years in prison, the challenges he faces are more than the average prisoner.
