Weekly Wrap Up (Dec. 22 - Dec. 28)

It appears that the holiday season is starting to wind down. So if you celebrated exchanging gifts, what did you get that made you the most happy? Myself, I got a PS4. Now I'm not an avid gamer at all, but I leaned towards the PS4 as I believe @Myr has an Xbox, and if I got one he would be CONSTANTLY bugging me to play with him in Dora the Explorer, Special Adventures :gikkle:

So what did you actually get? I'm curious :)

Before I forget, I want to wish everyone, your family and friends all the very very best in the New Year!! :wizard:

Shall we move on to the blog this week?

On Monday, we got the final Featured Story from our amazing review Team for the year. This one from @Timothy M.

On Tuesday, enquiringly minds were wondering who the subject of our last Author Guess Who was. All was revealed ;)

Thursday was to wrap up all the amazing stories that were submitted to the Fall Anthologies.

Looking at our goals last week, we took it easy with the holidays :gikkle:

One of the individuals on my caseload gave me a Christmas decoration she made.  It was artificial poinsettias in a vase with water beads and a pretty ribbon tied around it.  She was very proud of it, so seeing how happy she was to give it to me made me happy.  Plus, you can't have too many Christmas decorations.  :) I got a new luggage set from my mom, so I'm really happy to have a suitcase with a functional zipper. No more making sure my old one has the paper clip still attached so I can actually open it

Happy New Year to all on GA!

do you get a notification every week for the AAA mention of your name ?

Yes, I normally do. But not today. Must be a hiccup in the software.

Leave it to Myr to have both gaming systems!

I got some nice wireless headphones with noise cancelling function. So now I'm totally immersed in my British crime and nothing disturbes mama... Also got a gift certificate from work that I turned into a black cardigan. Very practical!

The gift that made me weep was a quotes book from my oldest "Why I love you, mom". Getting sentimental.
