Can EPA rules on wetlands be discussed outside the Pit?

The pictures of beavers above remind me of, when I was a teen, I was staying overnight with a friend and we saw beavers building a dam on the creek of his parents' property.  Two nights later, it rained five inches in two hours, and the beaver dam was washed away.
