oh, come on... it's not *that* bad of a cliffhanger! it's not like he ended the chapter in the middle of the battle or anything. :P a real nasty cliffhanger would be stopping just before

Jamie arrived to save them from Worthington's barrier failing

Don't think I didn't consider that, Steph!!! Oh boy did I consider that but I figured there were enough evil cliffhangers coming up to at least give CJames a run for his money...

:lmao: Actually, I probably would've appreciated that cliffhanger *IF* this wasn't serialized! Hmmm... maybe I should start stockpiling chapters...
