Mark M Posted July 29, 2009 Posted July 29, 2009 i'm only like 4 months into this website...only cuz Be Rad Dragged me in.... but yeah i liked chapter 20 alot...very refreshing...i came out to my dad last time i was in my hometown he doesn't understand how i can be attrackted to men...but i just say the same feeling when you look at a good looking women....is what i get when i see a good looking man...lol. It's Cool....i know that....4 people for SURE know i'm gay....other then that....i wouldn't know haha... It's cool having Parents who are accepting not gona lie...it's sweet cuz i was terrified of my financial situation cuz my dad supports me alot through school...so i was like errr...do i tell him or not?? i didn't want someone else telling him or someone else spray painting FAG across his house or something. Great chapter Mark!

There doesn't have to be sex in every chapter. I loved the chapter. Let's see... Ace and Cass are having a baby. That's so wonderful. It looks like Alejandro and Casey get to stay together. It's wonderful too. I think they just might make it. Stef is redecorating. What a shock. He really is testing JP with that move, but I think he'll come up with something exquisite for their room. As for Bruno, I liked him in Summer Love, but Fits has me praying that he is on the receiving end of some Crampton style justice. Hermet, you forget that Claire is also a twin--her brother, Billy, died in an auto accident in Be Rad--daughter of Jeff, JP's second love, and Isidore, JP's wife through a marriage of convenience. Marcel is also Jeff's son, from a drug crazed bang with a French whore. 'Ace', Brad and Claire's older 'brother', is the son of Isidore and Andre, JPs first love, and his name isn't Ace, it's Andre Clerrault Crampton, AC Crampton, or ACE for short. The Boat manuver was awesome very awesome!! <snip><snip> For some reason i feel as if Escorial is yellow also....is that true? haha I sure sympathize with that, Mark M...I'd do a 3-some with both of them... I also seem to remember Escorial as a mustard yellow... It was indeed a great chapter. Bitty is finally dead. That makes me happy. I figured it would be JP behind, but it looks more like it was Alejandro. He really does have a dark side. He scares me. Alejandro did something that scared JP and Stephan, too, when he made the arrangements to have Bitty killed... Of course, it will be untraceable back to anyone, and he had his dad make the "necessary" arrangements since his father more or less owed them all a deep debt of gratitude. "Beyond the shadow of a doubt" would simply be too onerous. The same standard exists here in Canada. Who should I bill for this legal opinion?

More like "twister" - you know, that interesting breeze that got Dorothy out of Kanas for a while. So if Bill Hendrickson were to have a nickname, it would be Billy "Spread-my-seed-far-and-wide" Hendrickson! Billy obviously never learned how to wrap his whopper. The first question that comes to mind is why didn't Brian's mom slap a paternity suit on Bill? The man had money and no doubt would have paid up, if only to avoid a scandal. I'm glad that JP wants to acknowledge his brother and come out of the closet over all this. Secrets always suck, I say. I believe JP's "kids" should know. When it comes to being a bastard, shame is the real killer I really enjoy having Brad in this story.

paya Posted August 2, 2009 Posted August 2, 2009 I'm sorry to be the nit-picker but I have two questions: 1) Was Brian originally written as JP's son? Two people are usually not THAT similar like JP and Brian are depicted unless they are twins. Even if they have the same parents, there are some differences when they are born with some time interval. So unless Bill and Grandmaman hid somewhere in Penn another evidence of their love (and they weren't written as father and son), I don't understand why these two people, one some 36 years older than the other, are so similar - "because of the same father" is not enough. 2) When Bill's sons are so similar that they look like each other why anyone in Claremont didn't notice the ressemblance between Bill's sons and JP - I suppose he had some with his lawful wife as well... I think I read something that Bill has some sons when JP went to talk with him - but I'm not sure. Otherwise, it's a very nice twist.

Even in the 70's, there were still people who weren't exactly keen on such a label. Not everyone was a hippie.
