Speeding on a motorcycle is really dangerous. I mean, a pot hole, or rock in the road, or turning too quickly could cause you to wreck. I'm not talking about going 65 in a 55 mph zone, but going twice that limit is really irresponsible, especially on a public road. You're not the only one out there, and if you had wrecked and hurt someone else, it would have just been stupidity on your part.

I'm not calling you stupid, I don't want to send out the message that I think you are. I'm not a "snotty, craptastic, self righteous, shallow, superior, unfriendly" person, despite what a poster said previously. You can be very intelligent and subject to stupidity.

I suggest racing on a track, somewhere private where the risk is minimal to yourself and nonexistent to the public. :)

As others have mentioned, going that fast on a motorcycle can be very dangerous and it isn't a smart decision. If you are doing this on a public road then you are risking not only your life but others around you.

As Lacey stated, find a track if you want to go that fast. They are usually reasonably priced and often have "track days" where people who don't normally show up can race for a small fee. It is a safe and controlled environment usually with medical staff on hand in case of an accident.

I tried riding a motorcycle once... it went really wobbly and I crashed.. said that was enough for me and never got back on one... lol.  A Bicycle is as hardcore as I go as far as that is concerned.

Having said that though - the hobby racing thing sounds neat, I wonder if they make motorcycles with training wheels.. :P
