Hey, so I've been looking for a story I remember reading a few years back but I'm kind of hazy on the details. I think it started off in high school but progressed past that at some point. One of the guys was your typical straight-ish jock, maybe football? He was borderline bully-ish to the gay kid, they ended up falling in love. Don't remember much from the in between bits but I know it ended with the jock getting some random disease like cancer or something, they were broken up and then gay kid finds out, they get back together. jock with random disease and his parents/siblings and the little gay one all go to some cabin in the woods or something, then there was like a bike ride or a nature walk or something, then jock boy dies.

Sorry for the lack of specifics but it's been a few years (like 2008-ish. Eek) and I'm really fuzzy on it. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I just remember loving it and now I can't find. Sad times.

Thanks for the reply! I'll give this one a read but I don't think it's the one I had in mind. Read the last chapter first just to make sure. Don't remember much else about the one I was looking for but I'm like 99.999% sure the jock kid dies at the end from cancer or some random disease.

Thanks for the reccomendation/mention though, it one looks really great.

I always check the last chapter too ... just to make sure jock boy doesn't die at the end from cancer or some random disease  :(
