Desperately In Need Of An Editor

I am a new author, trying my first writing gig. Usually my English isn't quite bad, but when I am writing it's very difficult to determine certain things at times. When I try to edit by myself it's very very difficult. And then when I am writing certain scenes it would be wonderful to have someone's opinions on them. So, somebody with good English (Preferably a native user since I'm not), and patience of a saint would be a Godsend.

 

And I would love to edit for others too. Its my writing that confuses me.
