I got up early and went grocery shopping.   I have lots of yummy food for the week.  I'll make pumpkin chili either later today or tomorrow.    My mom is coming over later to work in the basement some more 🕷️   I might try to get some writing done later, after I finish up some editing.

It is a long weekend here and we were chatting about weekend plans. Everyone is chilling, no trips away, no visitors, the big events are a walk on the beach or a walk in the forest for me. A nice relaxed time for everyone

Including my nephew who had to go back to school for the last day before holidays - he had his cast and a good story to tell. Front wheel of the bike is not so lucky 

Sounds nice, B. I love grilled homemade burgers. I mix onion, egg, bread crumb, and seasoning in the raw meat and leave the patties sit for at least a few hours. Oh god. Getting hungry.  

A walk in the forest in Australia?    

Front wheels can be replaced... nephews can't.

I have some energy, but my eyes are watering and my nasal passages hurt.   The stuff in my chest is breaking up so.... Fortunately, it is a dull day, and that helps.

It has improved over the past week. I can do some things I couldn't before... I am so relieved, and feeling positive again.
