My dryer went, so I decided to get an LG Washtower, and I need a new fridge so I ordered a Samsung French door/bottom freezer with no handles... very sleek looking according to my son. I am sick of trying to get my order through. It says my purchase was successful each time but it never gets processed. Headstall Posted May 17, 2023 Share Posted May 17, 2023 Another stressful, wasted day on the phone and online. I finally gave up after placing the order through a representative with the same result. It cost me dearly, but I place an order with Best Buy. Almost five hundred dollars more but I went up two levels in the LG washtower (black steel color too ) because of availability. Site crashed at the end, so I had to start over. I'm paying more for delivery and more for recycling the old appliances, but I'm satisfied. May 30th is the tentative delivery date, and I got the fridge I wanted, that five other places didn't have.
