Read or skipped stories

I've read several stories so far and skipped a few because I just wasn't interested.

Is there a way to mark the stories I've already read and mark the ones I wish to skip? 

I've looked around but can't find any widget or way to indicate that I've read or wish to skip a story.

You can create collections that are public or private, ordered or unordered, to track lists of stories you'd like to keep track of on the site (such as a 'Loved, would read again' or 'Not really my style')
