Is there anything I should know about this site before I start posting?

Hello there! I'm Rhythm, and I literally just found out about this site. I have a long running gay story that I've been posting on my private site for around four years. I thought it might be cool to try it out on here as well. Is there anything I should know? I've read the authors' guide, but was wondering if there was anything it didn't cover.

When you say you have read the author's guide, I assume you are talking about this: https://gayauthors.org/faq/authors/

If you haven't already read the "What types of stories are not allowed on GA?" as well, it might be a good idea to also check that out.

Other than that, as @Talo Segura has already said, just start posting your story. I look forward to seeing what you have to offer.

As a goody-two-shoes, I recommend reading everything the Help tab has to offer, even if it doesn't pertain to, or interest you. I'm glad I did, since it helped me figure out how signatures worked (I noticed a major uptick in views on my stories when I did it)! 

I also recommend joining the Writer's Circle! There's plenty of tips, advice, and a separate forum section. It helps you find potential editors to aid you and your stories be even better! 

Take a good look around and leave no 'Stone' unturned!
