New, I have a quick question

I just submitted my first story, and am a bit confused. I read I can have a prologue and first chapter submitted, then I read I can only have one thing submitted before approval, which of these is correct?

Prologues and first chapters are submitted simultaneously.  Other than that, one chapter at a time can be submitted to the moderation queue.  The link below should provide further clarification, if needed.
