You've played Santa at the mall for the past twenty-five years, but after dealing with bratty kids, entitled parents, and a total lack of manners, you've decided you're done after this season.  It's taken all your willpower not to have your Grinchy heart snap, but you've gotten through it.  It's Christmas eve and the last kid in the last line you'll ever see as Santa completely changes your mind and renews your Christmas spirit.  What happened?
