How do I seduce an IT guy

Going on a date and need to think of ways to seduce my guy, we've got stuff planned, dinner reserved, and a hotel room for afterward  (We're both adults in our 30s, so it's not like whether we will or not, just how to make it fun for each other and give good impression to do it again)

I enjoyed working with Linux, but that's not a hill I'd be willing to die on.
