I cannot find the right words to express how this chapter affected me. Your previous poetry pales against the beauty of the way you re-unite the two boys whose love in the space of two months has changed into something deeper and more mature. I wept with the rain; and rejoiced with them in a love that was not rekindled because it was never lost. Any conclusion to their story told in words or music or art or even a kiss will be joyous ; but your readers will grieve at losing them.

The poetry is back and it is so beautiful. I cannot wait for you to tell us how Julian reveals the love story with Mark through his own music. " If music be the food of love ....."

I am just in awe of your writing. What might have been a sorrowful end to a beautiful love story in the chapter "Goodbye" is being transformed now into a new vision ... of hope. And I want to be there through Devins journey wherever it takes him and whatever its outcome. Thank you.

" These yet remain. Faith Hope and Love. These three but the greatest of these is Love. " Taken out of its biblical context maybe , but your wondrously powerful story evokes this verse for me. And who knows what redemption or change a selfless act of sacrifice made with love for another person will bring ??

I have mulled over the cruel way Victor dismissed Marc with " ....a future. A home. Standing ....with my son's hand in yours.....That I will burn down to the ground with you inside it ....." If Julian does go to find his soulmate and he and Marc rejoice in their love and need for each other , will Victor take cold pleasure in trying to separate the two in some way that physically harms Marc ????

From the poetry of the first chapters through the brutality of the later one to the reflective tone in the writing of this chapter I have been enthralled by the different paces you bring to your story. Now Julian has grown from a boy to a succesful composer and teacher and without the wealthy parental support he might have expected. But he has had for the past ten years the support of the man he comes home to ! Dare we hope you will fill in the story of the past ten years , and that after that dreadful night of revelations Julian and Marc found forgiveness and solace in their love for each other.

Eventually all things rise to the surface. Truth can hurt so much more than lies. But the deceit and lies of three individuals are going to have a profound effect on Julian. Has he the strength to cope and see beyond what he has just heard from two he thought loved him? And the one he loves ?

A powerful chapter repellent and mesmerising at the same time. Mezenga is a demon , an incubus draining the sexuality and life of those he pressure fucks. Luka will need all of his strong personality and will power to resist; I fear for him as Mezenga calls upon dark supernatural power. A story to be followed with awe at the writer's ability to involve us totally as helpless onlookers ; or participants.

J and V are fighting a good fight even if on a spiritual level. And now the moon has appeared this can only reinforce their powers. Theo is also finding the right way.

Mark's childhood and youth is only now revealed. A chapter of lovelesness sadness and despair hidden behind a mask of apparent normality. Except for the eyes. A man who needs to be loved and appreciated. A man who despite the coldness and lack of love from his father is prepared to prostitute himself to ensure the wellbeing of that uncaring man. Is that an act of love? How often has Mark allowed himself to be used by Victor? And does Mark feel that this is love? Has he developed Stockholm syndrome? Does Mark feel that he is protecting Julian from Victor? I feel that this is a most disturbing chapter you have written. It is not the poetry of the early chapters but a bleaker prose that the subject demanded. You have given me a sleepless night!

Sadly this has been an expectation through the earlier chapters. Victor owns. Victor commands. His wife his son his employees. And despite his feelings , his love for Julian, Mark has had a hidden compulsive atttraction to the older powerful man. And does the heartache and heartbreak begin now?

Thank you for this wonderful journey. And for the way your writing makes us believe in love in an increasingly unhappy world. You leave us with the sure belief that Aiden will find his Cianan and their love for each other can only grow stronger and stronger. And rival that quiet love which Rowan and Declan have for each other . They will continue to provide loving support when Aiden returns to his spiritual home in Ireland. Please do not consider a sequel. Let us use our own imagination. Thank you again for an enchanting story.

Grief affects all of us. Aiden is dealing with the absence of Cianan in a more mature way than he dealt with the loss of his father. Then he lashed out as a boy; now he is reflective and purposive as a man. Beautiful chapter.

True love will find other portals ; maybe different ways for soulmates to be joined with each other ; that is the destiny of Cianan and Aidan.

Two thirds of the way through this tale of " the little ancient one " and a modern young man. Wonderful linking of Irish prehistory and folklore to the present day via the cairns. I hope you can resolve the feuds, ancient and modern, real or imaginary. Beautiful story engagingly written. Do I want it to end?

Another poem tugging on the heartstrings. Ending in seven simple beautiful words meaning so much more than just "I love you", requesting so much of and from Elias.

A rollercoaster rlde for the reader to ... ... a kiss ! A kiss that for the first time is breaking down barriers two strangers have built in different ways and for different reasons to shield them from hurt. But what a breathtaking painful glorious first kiss.

What a melodramatic start to a story that already has several strands developing - Elias and Camille, Elias and Diane, Elias and Rowan ....and others? This has multiple possibilities for desire, lust, love, jealousy .... and hurt. But also healing and friendship and new beginnings . I eagerly anticipate following the author's development of these characters.

Great storyline. And with a come on ending leaving us begging for more. Chris is obviously open to involvement. So how many more of the Leipzig team might explore more than handball .......
