Citroen; my favourite car! They are going to have so much explaining to do, and it is not going to sound rational. In fact its complete irrationality is what would make an intelligent member of the police realise it had to be true. But in their part of the world that maybe stretching things! Great read. Thanks. -

The Grainger/ Cavendish conversation has made me feel even more sorry for Cavendish. He seems to have been used by some many people in so many ways that he has lost a lot of himself. Then even when his "best friend" recognises the problem and offers Cavendish a way out, he cant see it. Sad when someone has been so abused they cant see there own way out. Great witing to draw such a character that doesn't make him seem like a pitiable fool. Glad Grainger is back. He is part of a much loved story😍 Thanks.

While the conversation didnt really sem to have any resolution, it was the most rational and sensible JJ has ever been. He seemed to be trying to understand. Great writing. As for the raid. Hmmmm, the family seem to be getting into some pretty deep shite. I can't see this going well..... Thanks.

@droughtquake, assumptions tend to be the undoing of so many relationships. I have lived with a french canadian catholic for 18 plus years and have discovered that while most assumptions about french canadian catholcs are dead right, they are still loveable!

At our school chapel the images of Stephen (six pack, muscular chest and thighs, great shoulders, great jaw), and Sebastian, (slightly plumper, but with a cloth covering his genitals that implied he was hung!) Kept some of us entertained every friday morning! Moving right along.... You have created two of the sickest characters in fiction in Lance and the headmaster (with Lances father a close third). Lots of people had sad and difficult childhoods, but to create characters this sick is masterful!

Love your positive view of the gold coast! My father has films of it in the 50s: completely undeveloped! My aunt was thrown off the beach for wearing a very modest bikini. I am very impressed how you draw their relationship. Its so natural so full of the little searches and tests as they work their way through initial love. Great read, again!
