Many mysteries or should I say secrets surround those old classics. 🤔 Growing up with many of what people think of now as those old classics, we couldn’t resist the mobile private space a teen wants. 😀 But with the activities and the results, the skulking all too often resulted in ….I’m late, late for what?, I’M PREGNANT! 😮 Those big bench seats were some fertile breeding grounds, that lead to shotgun weddings, and post prom babies. Hmmm, it would be rather ironic that Asa could capture the blueprint of the worst pup’s’ maladies, and then imprint it upon the abusers; sentenced to life as they saw fit to impose it upon others. These are kids they sentenced to their own prison and sold into abusive slavery. Frozen as the sex slaves they profited from, let them be the toys of the prison inmates; violent lifers that really know how to have a good time! 😈 👿

Sorta the Asa and Kaleb (mated shifter version should that had happened); health vs sickness, light and dark, as to abilities, not that it is absolute or rules their personalities and character. It would have been interesting to know what true mate Mother Nature would have chosen for Kaleb. 😢

Wow, an apprehensive yet romantic evening turns disastrous; reminder, do not drink and fly! Scott had two secrets to reveal, now we know one. So Mr Cliff Vamp Hanger transitions us from book 1 to book 2. Though this chapter was penetrating for some, some even became board. However the chapter is dripping with hints. Beyond death is…undead, that and a good deep breath, a couple of drinks..with James shows just how at wrists Greg was. Now is there more to this remaining secret 🤫 or did that secret also leak out to Greg in his rejuvenation drinks; greater things in book 2. BTW, there is now beyond a hint of incest here as shared blood 🩸, spawns shared lineage, but then again it is a book of gay young heads and tails within a fangtastic mystery tale.

What? Joining EMTs in chapter 1, amid a rescue of a newly involuntary eunuch and his precious, so recently dismembered, didn’t set the tone of bloody DISCONNECTS, SMALL TRAGEDIES, and DISASSOCIATED VICTIMS?

Like many things that require recharging, I’m surprised that even if Asa didn’t think to brief doc Santos, that the recovery treatment didn’t include moving his bed, cot, hammock, etc,…into the sunlight; sun by day, tanning booth by night? Then the little Starburst treats Caleb gets will speak to Asa’s health better than human medicine. Yay, hoping perhaps the bright flash the pups see will capture their human smiles for the family photos.

Meanwhile, behind the scenes, the EPA arrives in HAZMAT suits to evaluate and clean up the toxic spill(s) discharged without a permit. I’m sure the pack has a shifter interface for such management of human bureaucracy. 😈 The Devil made me do it! 😛 Hopefully Asa doesn’t have toxicity issues remaining as returning to his human form had to be a lethal dose to a that form; with his reserves so very low self protection may have been compromised. The days to come will surely bring good news and reason to cheer. Meanwhile, Alpha Giles and Santos are left to reflect…. perhaps Asa is rightfully an Alpha equivalent, he just lacks a pack of his own kind; DO NOT CHALLENGE THIS SUPERNOVA!
