Ahhh, the parallel universe is discovered to be non other than a wicked dreamscape; oh Dorothy, we’re all right here and perfectly safe in Kansas. Now don’t you worry that pretty little head of yours while I go warm up some soup…you must be starving.

Oh but it’s a time consuming drive, while Greg’s two brothers and clan members were coaching each other to the scene of the their accident…the skid steer rolls so as the throw the driver on top of the ground supervisor, but as they roll to look up the skid steer comes crashing down upon them both. Now the baron arrives having only recovered hours earlier from his blood drunk and finds his two besties mangled beyond human recovery…but the process is too complicated for more than one turning…normally requiring full attention and resources for a single turning, that is against the odds of success, but which to turn? Now Greg and crew will quickly devise game plan to drain the two while ultimately Greg infuses the blood of the undead to both; becoming the first vampire to turn two humans within recorded vampire history. This never witnessed process changes Greg too; as his body is mutated by the process to find him waking from a near blood deficient coma …with eyes now of even higher royalty. Hmmm 🤔, no wait….Jake’s new boyfriend turns Josh, then his brother Jake is the mate of his vampire father, but they all become incest mates…like DoubleMint, two, two, two mates in one ☝️! Oh the possibilities!!! 🤣

I think Asa has a nice compact holding cell he can teleport Huntington into; although transporting him into outer space has a rather mind blowing choice too.

The shame of it all is that greed drives the lies because so many will profit big. All except the original owners profit big while they are only offered a small percentage of value; and this is viewed as just. It’s either give in to the small penance or we’ll just steal it from you by any legal means we can arrange; therefore, take the small offering or risk losing everything. No one ever gets recused while approving these deals, but almost everyone approving them either profits directly or in job performances evaluations based on money vs fairness to the owners and their rights; often with gross exaggerations of returns to people in general, or government programs, etc. with no true independent party putting a fair market valuation to/for owners vs those receiving the property. Forced surrendering of property should have collective fair market values inclusive of rezoning only achieved through such actions. Many of these deals would die a quick death if the laws reserved the mineral rights alone to the land holders forced to give up the territory for the greater good for society. Likewise, reserve greater territorial royalties from business use of the properties to the owners vs developers and hostile land grabs diminish significantly. Magic or miracles may be the only realistic solution for this and other greedy grabs. 🤷♂️ 🤔 Perhaps too much personal history makes this reality a bit personal. Haha. On that note, give them a chant to make their pockets have holes, accounts get liquidated, and maybe make their hair fall lot just for fun 🤩! Hehe

Hmmm 🤔, adolescent vampire pranks? A vampire parent has to hope they don’t suck…conundrums are a bitch.

Yup, that cliffhanger is a real heart stopper. Sorry, the Devil made me! 😄

Yup, another way that computers are so helpful…does anyone really want to trust AI? It seems obvious they all hold us in contempt! 😛

Well, the gorillas from the humane society showed up with the same concerns; as soon as they all get back from where Asa experiments took them, they will be submitting that report…which in itself proves they weren’t harmed, only inconvenienced. 😝

Understandably, I’m not so sure I’d trust Huntington’s claim of no spies either. It’s a little too convenient that he knew of Asa enough to engineer a trap and likewise engineer the cage specifically for a light shifter…when Asa is the only one heard of by his adversaries. YES, don’t forget to the threat on Vann; credible or not soon precautions need to be considered. @kbois, even your paragraphs have become elemental and must not have contact when transferring; hence, the spacing. Surprising, yes, that even the author’s rules sometimes come back to haunt them. 🤭 Maybe there is another light shifter, toying with you?

Judge Ridge's Ire and a Celebration
Philippe commented on Lee Wilson's story chapter in Judge Ridge's Ire and a Celebration
Judge Ridge to check legal rule on Dawn, A rotten fish lives in Prescott’s pond. Garrett spoke, beheaded for his smirch, Fish eyes see, as we hear from Jen Perch. The rotten fish is Dawn it does seem, DA to cast wide net, crooks to ream. Kickbacks, prejudice, the pawns are kids, Subpoenas, dollars, will blow their lids. House warming and Adam’s custody, Young new friends, hear books of ABCs. Reading is fun, cat out of the bag, Hope tragedy no longer too sad. Future has questions, but what?, “we’ll see,” Changes happen, Lindens, Bailey B. -
Yes, a happy youthful dance of enlightenment. What kid isn’t fascinated by lightning bugs, but to become a part of something so unique, so fascinating, and yet, so powerful in meaning is truly a life event. What a beautiful way to learn to convey their message.

Well here it seemed to be a while but in Realm time we hardly had a break in time! Hahaha 🤪 how appropriate these timelines are to understanding. Lol. Thanks again for bringing us back to Widderkin.

Sorry for your employment break and hopefully the timing at the end of the year doesn’t create extra delays in your pursuits for permanent employment. I didn’t read the original story so my comments are strictly from this storyline created here. I love the storyline. The unique vampire world and the rules flow logically and make this hidden society most intriguing. The mysterious circumstances and uniquenesses surrounding Greg are fantastic as it really is hard to know just what may pop up next. George gives hints of knowing more concerning Greg and his uniqueness. I since concerns for Greg’s future and/or the need for Greg to have time to grow into his being; to absorb the knowledge of Dracul. It George is withholding or perhaps working at higher levels to prepare for things to come. Either way, George has show a vested interest in Greg’s future. Yup, I assure you he has turned eight…long ago as a human man/child would say! Haha But seriously you weasel Viscount, I’m only a few weeks turned.

Oh my, with a start like this how could it not hold interest. Congratulations, @Palantir, this brings us right back to the companionship fold with the same mystery and excitement only Widderkin offers. I’m so happy for you to be able to share this continuing story of the companions and the Realms, and happy for us that we once again enjoy this wonderful story.

Going Home, Night Terrors, and Party Plans
Philippe commented on Lee Wilson's story chapter in Going Home, Night Terrors, and Party Plans
Mrs Prescott just doesn’t know when to stop? 🤦♂️ Chuck E Cheese 💵 🕵️♀️ 🏦 Nope, but think of the poor kid that gets that bed with the ghost - gun (pun??) included. 👻 ❗️ 😒 -
No, no, no; this is vacation. not this, this, hit and emergency curb dump at the hotel known as…hospital
-
But is he really hurt? No mention of bad headache, bandages or feeling bruised, only confused and told he is banged up, so the confusion be chemically induced. Has it even been a day or hours, or is this a ruse in a kidnapping/hostage scenario?

That’s a pretty big incentive for a tight knit group. With the many business resources now coming into play, I can’t see where the normal pursuit of the rat race will separate this group; so again, a normal divergence is not as likely, fueling an enduring friendship beyond what many see happening with careers, families, and loss of contact. Heck, many of their parents are already tied in so that keeps the close knit strong too…is this SimCity Vampire State? Hahaha 🤣
-
That’s a twist from some other vampire worlds, but no, I’m thinking of it as their story will continue without the pains and suffering, and without their close friends. It’s loss beyond your control, yet you’ll know that you’ll renew. The friends will only know it’s a final farewell.
-
Yeah, jocks would do anything to bench press >700#; joking aside, the bond may draw them in as they realize that age will separate them as they are now different, especially as they would have to witness this as time slowly claims them.
