Well, something is going on with Mistress Carolyn. Is it financial difficulties, medical issues, or psychological??? And Frank...and Sawyer...and Tom...Poor Henry, having to see all of this... How about Miss Brittany and Mistress Carolyn tumbling down a flight of stairs together??? Is Miss Brittany carrying some ner-do-well's child????

Five and a half years into retirement, and I'm walking four miles a day in the morning, starting between 5:30 and 6 AM. Our power company has been 'forced' into maintenance along the powerlines along our streets and has left me a couple of seasons of wood for my wood stove. A couple of hours a day with the chainsaw and the log splitter help me in trimming my waistline as well! Let's not forget the stacking of the wood! Our spring was unbelievably wet, and then zippo here in Central Mass. We could use some soon!! Thanks as always for the update!

It all seems too convenient, Xylda has Twani musing on about going to Falland, killing the King and Queen. To me, it is a clever way to get Bix back and the capture of The Ghost.... Can you say...mission accomplished??? -
This is all Noah's fault, and Nick needs to flush him out of his system... Should be an interesting weekend to say the least, and bring on the visit from Grandma!

I had to go with angry, I have known Jason's father's twin and a few more like them...and I am better for it... What did happen to Jason's father, and we know old Volvos never die, they simply turn into rust... What happened to Blake, it may have been mentioned earlier, while I was under the influence of the meds while recovering...

We often forget we don't live in a TV sitcom world. That life for many of us is gritty, full of dark secrets and unpleasant encounters. In a world such as this, growing up during puberty, asd it wreaks its havoc, can lead to all sorts of uncomfortable, yet exciting encounters as we try to figure out just who we are. A reminder of my own struggle to escape such a world as this. A story is meant to engage, to make you think and comment, and boy, did I comment. Kudos to the author for engaging his readers so.

I'm glad to have waited to finish this, having had major surgery last week. Had I read Ch 24 while on the pain meds and seeing 2 Stokers might have set me back a week or three... Seriously, Billy and Miller together during the Regan years, I think it is time enough to have processed what Hugo had to do, I hope he will find forgiveness in his heart... If Dottie is gone from the streams and off to her final nothingness. Why not Miller as well? Then there is Henry. What kind of role will he play? lastly...In what order should I read the Carter books?
