Captain Darren needs to take Lord Sarin for a long walk on the short path to the cliffs...I think Queen Amber needs to inform Lord Sarin that she will now set the date, and that he is invited if he would like to attend...the huge mistake is leaving anything up to him...the fricking weasel... Both Aaron and Itumak have now been exposed to the very harsh realities of the life they are now to lead; childhood is a distant view in the mirror of life... I get the feeling Quarian may become an important part of the next few months, not sure what to think of Jason...

I grew up in a home where we had dogs all my life. When I was 13 or so we got Thunder, he was half Black Lab and half German Shepard. Just the best dog a boy could have. I can remember sledding with friends one winters day when a pack of four dogs ventured towards us growling and snapping. Thunder tore into those dogs before we knew what was happening. He singled out the biggest dog and soon had him turning tail...with the rest shortly following. Yet when we had friends over to visit with toddlers, he'd lay on the floor and let them crawl over him... Having a dog as a young boy, the responsibility of caring for him is/was some of the fondest memories of my childhood.

This chapter was spot on, it was very rewarding to see Cory's work and efforts with the team rewarded!!! I had to chuckle at the antics of Beth and Roger, I suspect, given time and puberty, the two of them becoming boy and girl friends... I am truly enjoying this and thanks!!

Yes indeed...a warm treat for a cold New England snowy morning to say the least...I'm suspicious of Caroline...it almost seems to become an integral part of Granger's life and business once again...hope I am wrong...Clearly the bloom of her rose is fading, that has to terrify her.... He was more than willing to try to have a cordial relationship with her, but that did not include a reconciliation. He had not minded her infidelity, but he had been seriously vexed at her lack of discretion. The issue here, and let's face it, is that Chris is hiding/not disclosing/burying an issue that could be massively destructive to the relationship he is trying to build. The potential for catastrophic destruction only increases the longer it simmers on in the background...Andre has laid his skeletons out in the sunshine of truth; it is past time for Chris to 'man'up!!! He's laying a foundation of quicksand....

Then there is the question at the end about Jake's parents...how does their business intersect with Uncle Hank's???

Somehow, I think/feel we will see Apollo again, interesting he didn't check the sidewalk outside the adult bookstore...and just how did his father know where Carey lives?

Russ truly is lonely and seeing how Brian, Toby, and Gordon bond as a family, has him wanting what his wealth simply can't buy...Yet Russ is smart enough to realize and understand when he is going a tad overboard, for him anyways, and back off... I agree Jason is an idiot and hopefully we've seen the last of him... Can't wait to see how the pictures are, excuse the bad pun, hung and the reactions....

I'm giving Mike props in this chapter for manning up...Now...time to deal with Pops and the other A-Holes...and time to get caught up on the chapters...

This chapter went quite a ways to explaining the hesitancy we were witnessing, yet it still leaves two important issues to be resolved. Andre needs some time with a professional therapist, if only to cement he isn't/wasn't at fault for what happened. He was taken advantage of and as noted, so were others!!! This really needs to be reported to the relevant authorities... The other issue that needs addressing sooner rather than later is Chris needs to come equally clean about his past, no matter how upsetting or painful it may be, it is not something to overlook or put on a shelf for a later date...as noted below... The call finished and Andre looked at me. It wasn’t a glance it was a look. “That call just then. Two years ago, I wouldn’t have believed that I would have a conversation like that with Beau and Skye. So much has changed since they met you. Someday I hope I find out how you did it.” Despite my belief in being honest with Andre, I was hoping that would be a discussion that could wait for the distant future. The immediate future was calling my parents.
