In England my dear they have to teach us how to be human, never mind an infant!!! Over here you start when you are 4 going on five, so we have an excuse to be a little mischievous. God I helped in those classes when my kids were in them and there are some real monsters.

Erik seems a little like me ... My teacher at infant school told my mum that if there was trouble to be had that I would find it! Hey what an I say we were like Erik and Chitto a little to mischievous but I wasn't as good at evading getting caught. I need caves like that though with the natural hot water to jump in... I feel a hot soak coming on and int he middle of the day, my mother would turn in her grave!

See what I mean about being left behind? I do think that Toby should go though. He seems to be the only one with a knowledge of what is happening. Maybe Uncle Demi can pass on messages for him. It worries me about leaving the kids in A'dore, what it that's attacked? Erik would never forgive himself.

Why can't the people that I know be good looking like Chitto? They might turn my eye a little, well at least I'd enjoy the eye candy on offer. I know how Dennis felt being left behind and his Toby going with them. That was always me when I was younger. Dad and my brothers went off and I was left looking after mum. People say that I snore, but hey I agree I never heard it before, so they must all be lying! Well except my sister in law when I was married int he old days... She used a tape recorder and recorded it as proof!! Crafty ....

Sorry I've been away... I had the blue screen of death on my laptop and only just got it back... I children of Eve can do magic, can I have a little please? I love that the one that seems to know or understand most of what is happening is Toby. I think he should be the general and running the army.

Agree .... 1 person seems behind this and organising the out-landers and tribes to fight against the establishment... Well power to the people and follow the child for the kid seems to be a natural with warfare. I can just see him rallying the children into a guerrilla force to protect his city.

Toby the born leader now he has conquered his speech problem... Christian's son looks promising as well, maybe this is a time for the youth to take control and win the war. WOW! If I could have a three day broken foot I wouldn't be so careful. Fell out of the attic a few years back and had a broken foot then ... Had to wear one of those silly looking boots for ages. Now if I could have had some of that opium it might have helped. They did put me on gas and air when they sorted the dislocation out and then set the bone. Hell, I was flying on hte ceiling... For some reason I don't see them as the burning out type … I see them as the force to be reckoned with. The guiding beacon for the others, it's scary to think of them burning out and what would happen. It might be a good exercise to try though. How will VUN keep going if they can't recover George? His cryptic shorthand could the Mackenzie program translate it so that the others could start to be able to follow and pick up the work that he was doing? Just reading through this again to remind myself of the story so far … Now I might have been a Mormon and seen all of their films and messages, but I have never cried like a baby watching a video for a song before … I went to You Tube and watched "Watch the Lamb' … I cried like a baby … Thank you. Now I'll read the rest of the chapter. (2021) - How many times am I going to read this thing and cry??? Every time I end up crying with that song!!! 2025... There is more to life then work ... If all we do is work then what's it for? We should be working to live, not living to work. Mind you I know how you feel about the hotel business. I worked at one in Tynemouth when I first came up north as the Hotel Accountant and I loved every minute of it. Hell I was the accountant and I used to end up serving behind the bar and loving it ... or working with the hunk that was the maintenance man Decorating in his bib and brace leaving the sides open so that I would know he was commando ... WOW ... Used to set me up for the day. I know how easy it was to start at 8:00 and still be there at 20:30 booking tours in because the receptionist failed to turn up. Loved the chapter ...
