It was. It's warm and muggy here so light meals are nice.

Good choice. We had salad too, mixed greens with pan seared chicken tenders, fresh asparagus, peas and tomatoes. Mum had a few blue cheese stuffed olives on hers. I had crispy onions and croutons.

I could, when I next get to Philadelphia. It's in the Fairmont section of the city and no longer used to hold convicts. For $19 you can take a tour. It's said to be haunted. I'm guessing any food lying about would be less than appetizing.

I'm sure they are but ... my thoughts echo Albert, double starch may not matter so much to the under or barely 30 crowd but those of us in our mature years need to be aware.

They won! They won! Ohhhhhh, we knew that already. Go Red! CJ should ask Stephen if he'd like to be in one of the NYT photos. He could scowl disapprovingly. It's interesting how more of the embassy personnel are getting in Northman's face in support of CJ. In a way I feel sorry for him. I suspect he lives a rather boxed existence and often is disappointed. That would make an excellent family picture but if I recall correctly there will be a couple additions shortly so it's best that it needs to wait. Thanks for the pleasant surprise.

Expecting another lovely day. The forecast for the next few days is to become warmer and more humid with occasional afternoon t-showers. My head aches. I have an appointment for a 90-min massage at midday. Maybe it will help 🤞 Bleesed be y'all.

It's a lovely day. Mum and I went to brekkie at our usual Friday morning spot. French toast, bacon and coffee with cream and sugar for me, scrambled egg, grits and black coffe for mum. My head aches. Blessed be y'all, most especially @Drew Espinosaand his family.

Ohhhh Fernando ... have you met Stephen? You'd like him. Chipper's Squad? Hmmm, I don't have any ink. Good to Brad again, even if briefly ... okay we didn't really see him in camo undies but I like the idea. As we've come to expect ... an well executed and entertaining chapter.
